The room was clean and stocked

Just spoke to the front desk about an additional charge because I paid thru a third party and paid them already. The young lady was rude in her explanation, after the fee was taken, that is an incidental fee that will be returned and hung up the phone on me. That was uncalled for and if it was explained when I checked in the whole call could have been avoided.

It was a very nice hotel including nice staff. The staff told us you're doing a complete remodel otherwise that would not have been a great place to stay. We love the location

The ice machine was broke on the first floor. Apparently nobody told anybody so we couldn't get ice for our trip home.

The breakfast was good. The breakfast staff was also very attentive and very helpful. All other staffs were also helpful.

The description said that the hotel has fitness center but we found out that the fitness center was not onsite which is a bit inconvenient if you are staying with kids.

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I really appreciate that the hotel is dog friendly. The backyard property was nice and big for walking the dog. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were very competent and kind.

The door down the hallway to outside was not working, so I couldn’t easily enter and exit close to my room when walking the dog. Flies in the room.

Breakfast was very good and had a good selection. Loved the staff member attending to breakfast. Staff members at front desk were very courteous. Property was well lit and felt safe. Room was very clean. Bed and pillow were comfortable!

The room could use a little refresh, especially the wallpaper. The wallpaper was curling at the edges as if there was previous water damage.

It was clean and comfortable, all we needed. So many of the other lesser expensive hotels in NJ come with multitude of bad reviews regarding these issues, we decided to pay a little bit more and stay here.

One staff member was rude and lazy. She was at the front desk with a blanket, she was unprofessional. I asked her for a set of extra towels and she gave me a wired facial gesture like she didn't want to do it. It was only her, the rest of the staff was outstanding.

Big sturdy furniture, nice space, calm and quiet. Great jacuzzi in room tub.

Would have been nice to have a restaurant on site. Have to travel a little for decent food. Mostly truck stop kind of area--not hotels issue area in general. I got Door dash first night restaurant forgot somethings supposed to issue me a credit back lol. Second day I went out in search of something decent.

The room was very beautiful. The couch & chair in the room were oversized and extremely comfortable. And the jacuzzi tub was oversized too and extremely nice after a long trip. I only wish I could stay in this room every time I’m traveling!

everything! Great location- clean rooms- friendly and very helpful staff! Breakfast was excellent- and appreciated the bottled waters and fruit when you check in.

Vending machines were almost empty- not much to choose from.
