Room was huge, and had everything I needed - full kitchen with all cooking utensils, dishwasher, etc. plus a lovely living room area with fireplace, bathroom with separate bath and shower, and massive bed (plus balcony!). I was there for a Spartan race and location was super convenient, but meant I didn't get to explore much of the rest of the hotel. Underground parking garage was easily accessible, and staff in lobby were all very nice and helpful.

Pretty minor - towels could be fluffier, and hotel decor could be updated (though did very much feel like a cozy ski chalet, so may have been a conscious choice).

The suite was beautiful, spacious with large bathrooms and nice balcony facing the pool. Very close to the waterpark. Nice size pool for the families to have fun. Also, the kids loved the arcade.

Wish there would be complimentary breakfast. Also, the floor of the suite seemed kind of dusty, and under the bed we found dust bunnies and Pringles. Please, mop the floors after guests, especially with Covid around.

Megan - amazing person and very professional, goes beyond the needs and to make it beautifully stay, very oriented with all needs, - upgrade will ne mice. Nicole and all the front desk staff - but Nicole did a great job on getting my room highest floor. GOOD JOB ALL - this is my second time and from CALIFORNIA to NJ , will make it family time. 10 Stars

one think I can say : the patio/ balcony was were dusty, I couldn’t stay but just a clean more would be nice. halfway carpet needs attention.. but the place very good .

The customer service was amazing. My reservation was for a 3 bedroom condo/apartment but when we checked in we found out that condo was no longer available and was given a 2 bedroom. That wasn’t going to fit our group. Later we found out that the condo reserved was own independently and was sold. We were told that Booking.com was notified and was supposed to contact me about it no longer available. This did not happen. However Mountain Creek resort gave us two, two bedrooms for the same price. I’m so thankful and appreciative of them doing this for us. Amazing staff and customer service. I will book directly with them next time!

I wish there was a restaurant

A great venue, with a marvelous setting. The staff were great in being able to accommodate some unique requests. The location right at the base of the mountain make access to activities 9summer for us) so easy, and the mountain facing views were great

Could be another restaurant or two on site or nearby. But found a great one just down the road a few miles

The location was wonderful, the customer service was wonderful, and the ease of booking was wonderful!! I had people who have mobility issues and the layout of the space was wonderful!

It would have been nice to have some furniture on the back porch so that we could sit out as it was a beautiful weekend.

Waterpark and pool

Rented off property townhome - not clean, internet not working, old tube tvs, beds needed new mattresses, no resort amenities. Not descriptive at all on website. Disappointing but made the best of the situation.

We loved the size of the room. The check in process was super easy. Not much else to say. Only stayed one night and really only to sleep.

A little dated. The TV was hard to watch comfortably with set up. Also took a while to find the check in building at night.

Clean, modern, comfortable and spacious with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms.

It’s all great. Wish check out could be noon but overall it’s worth it.

Lovely atmosphere, clean , quiet , great place for families, a lot of activities nearby. Horseback riding is minutes away, everyone is super nice!

Lady at the convenience store is a major jerk, but I didn't take that as a bad thing for the resort. She is just miserable.
