--The staff is awesome. We were pleasantly greeted at check-in. And they were very helpful with a small issue I had in the self-serve laundry room on 3rd floor (trying to buy detergent from machine). The staff in breakfast room was wonderful as well. And there is a young man (did not catch his name) who assists at the front desk and wherever else needed who also assisted in guiding me to the fitness center and helping with resolving the small laundry room issue. --Very comfortable beds in a decent sized room which was also very quiet. --I found the fitness center to have all of the necessary free handheld weights and also a well maintained fixed-weight machine. --The hotel is very close to Old Town Plaza and a stand alone Starbucks is directly across the street

Not enough "hot" water for post-workout, later nite bath. Seems to be rather common with hotels these days, in my experience.

Housekeeping cleaned my room every day, which I haven't had at a hotel since Covid. Keurig coffee maker with a good selection of coffee (thou not enough cream & sugar) in the room. It is walking distance to Old Town and restaurants and close to other touristy destinations plus being close to freeway makes it easy to get around. Room and bathroom was clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable-not too hard or too soft. Elevators and luggage carts made it easy to take all my luggage to 4th floor in one trip. Love having an ice machine on each floor as well as vending machines for those snack emergencies.

I was surprised that at least a continental breakfast wasn't included considering the price I paid. You're next to the freeway so you will hear it unless you ask for a room at the far end of the property. It does make it easy to get around thou. Wished there was a microwave in the room, ate my leftover steak cold. Be aware that there are lots of homeless people in the area (my brother felt the need to walk me up to my room, the little sweetie) but I didn't see any on the property and I parked in the back and went in the back door and felt fairly safe.

Gillian was wonderful, booking.com messed up our reservation & she fixed it for us. We also stayed another night, they were very accomidating. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Clean & Secure. Beds were comfy & a nice selection of pillows. Wifi was great. The hotel also offers freee shuttle service to several attractions around the area as well as the airport.

Bathroom sink drained a little slow.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was delicious. I traveled with my 3 kiddos and they enjoyed swimming in the pool.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We have eaten in the restaurant both times. we have been very disappointed both times. We didn’t think a hamburger could be ruined so that’s why we ordered this last time. It was very dry And tasteless.

It was nice to be able to select breakfast from a menu. Also, the front desk was very helpful when my friend left a book in the room and I left my debit card in the restaurant. Both were collected after we checked out and were mailed to our homes.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were fine.

Very noisy heating system in our room. Temperature in the dining room was way too cool for comfort (early February). NO internet access on one of our three days stay.

Extremely helpful and cooperative in handling a booking issue that as totally my error. Went out of their way to book us a pet friendly room after I contacted the property to see if they could reschedule the reservation for the same day as the call. I can’t express enough our gratitude for accommodating us with an early check in as we were attending a wedding that evening near by that had a start time of 4PM. We didnt use it, but the doggy sling bed was a very nice touch in the pet friendly room. I would recommend this property to friends traveling in from out-of-town due to it’s convenient proximity to Old Town, other local attractions and the freeway. The beds and bedding were fabulous as was the beautiful bathroom.

The carpeting appeared to be heavily soiled and in need of replacement, mostly in the hall ways. The custom Southwest Furniture looks a bit dated and worn. The luggage trolly’s are a really tight fit for the small elevators. People gathering to smoke at the entrance to the building did not give way when my handicapped father and I attempted to entire the property through the very difficult to navigate double door, security entrances but people being rude and inconsiderate isn’t a reflection on the property itself.

It was very close to the old part of the city and the room was very nice.

The restaurant that is attached could have been better. Service was ok. Food was mediocre and the value for food was not great. But the live music from the bar was very good.

It was a quaint hotel and it was clean. They have a nice restaurant attached that offers room service and nice hot breakfast choices made to order in the morning.

The carpet needs to be replaced in the hallways and rooms. The walls are very thin. I heard a guy snoring as I walked to the elevator. They have a chair in the room but no ottoman, really wished they would have had one.
