The bed was comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. The television choices were great. The staff was great and the breakfast was really good.

The coffee supplied in the room was very weak. The pool needed cleaning, so we didn't use it. We wanted a room on the first floor, but couldn't get one. Also, the description of the room was supposed to have a pool view, not the highway.

The room was larger than we were expecting. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There is free breakfast included with both hot and cold options along with juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The staff was friendly, room was quiet, plenty of parking. Our room had two queen beds and a pull out sofa. I can see that this would be a great value for a family with children. There is also on site laundry facilities for those on a road trip. Great location and easily accessible. Quality Inn is located right on the highway north of Carlsbad Caverns, which is about a 20 minute drive south. The hospitality staff kept the room in tip top shape. Very happy!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had delays and other issues that put us into the hotel a day later than expected. The staff was very helpful. They made sure that we had a continuous room so that we didn't have to move around during our stay. The room was very spacious! The location was very close to the Balloon Fiesta park which made getting there for the festivities very easy!

Very good location

Our hotel room was not cleaned. The lady at the front desk was very eager to clean herself. But we didn't want to put her through that. Discount was not possible due to prepayment. Unfortunately, no other type of remuneration was found.

breakfast was good for my 2 days stay at the hotel. This is the 1st time I have stayed in a Quality Inn so different from the others Quality Inn. It's more like high in hotel. All the others Quality Inn are more like run down hotels. the room was spacious and clean.

we were booked into a king accessible room(wheelchair accessible) which we didn’t need. when you had a shower the water ran all the way out of the bathroom into the main room

Breakfast was good

Someone tripped the alarm in the middle of the night. Lots of people congregated in the foyer and waited without being acknowledged before someone confirmed it was a false alarm. It appeared that in the absence of a clear system to handle an emergency, the night person was flustered and uncommunicative

Location was good (short drive to national park). The breakfast was good. Place was clean.

The pool was not available. When a property advertises that there’s a pool, they should reduce the price of the room when the pool is not available. Apparently, they want to save money by not operating the pool.

We were on the 2nd floor and there was a damp smell. My husband has allergies so we talked with the staff and they moved us to a room on the 4th floor. Very accommodating.

The pool was not operable, it was a dark murky green with quite a bit of debris floating in it. one of the main reason we picked this location was because of the beautiful pictures that were shown of the pool.
