Quality Inn & Suites Roswell

This is not 5 star hotel, but it was definitely 5+ stars for it's price range. The room was large, it had a fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker, and it was all immaculate. One thing I really appreciated were the beds - not some scrawny mattress on a cheap platform, but a real mattress with a real boxspring, and best of all, not some threadbare blanket weighing less than a doughnut, but a for real duvet so we could sleep comfortably. The staff were great. There were many choices for breakfast whether you wanted a hot meal or something more continental - and seriously, they offered real butter along with the other stuff which I cannot stand. I have zero negative things to say and as someone who likes to travel but cannot afford luxury hotels, I highly recommend this place. It was great!

I liked everything.

Let me say this. This was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Our room was clean and super comfortable and most important, quiet. The breakfast each morning was terrific, with the basic choices. They Checked on us everyday for fresh towels and emptied the trash. I cannot praise this hotel enough. We would stay there every time and actually wish all hotels were this amazing.

I loved how I was provided with make up remover towelette, shoe shining wipe, tea packets for brewing, coffee for brewing, both conditioner shampoo, lotion, & utensil packets (napkin, creamer, stirring stick, etc.) House keeping was also great, we didnt feel rushed out of our room after she knocked on the door once just to check if the room had already been turned in or not. After she knocked & announced herself as housekeeping & waited for a response, to which I answered back that we where still there & getting ready to take off a lil while later before check out time she apologized for the bother & let us know that she was just checking her rooms to see if they where ready to start cleaning, then moved onto her next room, & didnt bother us again giving us all the time we needed to gather our things & get on our way without feeling rushed at all like we have in other places we've stayed at. We where so satisfied with housekeeping that we even left her a tip behind as a way to thank her. The cleanliness of our room was also as great as can be. All in all we where %100 satisfied with our stay & are going to for sure recommend everyone we know to definitely stay at Quality Inn in Roswell NM if their ever having to stay there.

I had no complaints at all.

The room was clean and roomy. Nice bathroom. Great TV stations. Refrigerator with freezer was great for our trip. Room had a clean microwave. I was impressed they actually tried to have a covid breakfast that was decent. They offered a to go bag option of Danish and fiber bar. They also had a well stocked selection of packaged Billy Dean microwavable breakfast sandwiches, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. I, personally, found this acceptable. All items were self help. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

15 minutes after getting into room I requested help in using the in room safe. Staff said they would be on their way to assist. They never came.

The room was nice and spacious, the accommodations were nice, everything worked. They opened the pool while we were there! They didn't have waffles, semi post covid yet, but had breakfast biscuits that were pretty good. The TV package was good, lots for families to choose from.

There was really nothing to find fault with. When we arrived the pool was closed but they offered access to the sister hotel's pool that had been opened already. They had an on-site maintenance guy so you knew things were actually getting fixed, sometimes hotels leave the impression that this temporary outage or that broken thing has been in that condition for years.

Giant towels in the bathroom. Excellent breakfast with vegetarian options. The woman who greeted me when I arrived made me feel more like I was a guest than just a customer. She was so kind to this road-weary traveler. Location was right on our way north to Santa Fe and walking distance to places to grab some supper.

The ice machines were broken, but the front desk provided ice in a cooler. So that is more an extra service than a "didn't like". They really did go out of their way to make up for the equipment thing.

Everything was good. We came into town late, but luckily there was 24 hr check in. Room was very clean. Loved the oversize shower/tub w/ jets. We were upgraded to a suite on the bottom floor. Thank goodness, because the elevator was having maintenence issues. The receptionist checking us in, noticed I was having problems walking & gave us a bigger room on the 1st floor. She was very sweet & helpful about some local places to eat, as well.

Only 1 small thing I noticed is the wallpaper was coming apart at the seams in a few places. A bit of water damage to the bottom of the bathroom door, only because I believe the shower curtain doesn't keep all the water in the tub.

Room clean and area is quiet for being off the main road in town.close to Walmart and Target if you forget anything.

Due to no fault of their own. the hotel is on the opposite end of the main road from the Alien Museum and other attractions.To avoid traffic take a side street to the west.

Great and friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean room and common areas, spacious room. Security of hotel and parking lot were good, and the hotel was nice and quiet. Next time in Roswell we'll definitely be staying here.

Our TV remote did not work, but the desk clerk gave me a new one which worked perfectly.

The room was clean and had a window that opened for fresh air. It was quiet and a had a awesome breakfast. We had a wonderful anniversary weekend here.

We had no issues. There wasn't anything that we found an issue with.
