The room was a nice size and exactly what I booked. The bathroom shower was nice and had good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the television was easy to operate. I was very appreciative that we were able to bring our kittens. The breakfast offered a nice variety of foods.

The hotel was hot and dry. The cleaning staff was very nice but I had to chase them down in order to get our room cleaned. We had our kittens with us so the staff may have been avoiding our room. I was trying to clean up after the pets, but a vacuum every other day would have been great! I tried asking the front desk if I could get a vacuum or have the room vacuumed but I guess there was no way to adequately communicate the request.

Perfect location for what we were interested in doing during our stay. Really appreciated the restaurant recommendations handout, much better than sifting through yelp. Towels need a shout-out, they were so nice and fluffy. We were in room 506, a king with sofa, that overlooked a little pond, so that's probably the best "view" they had. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

No cream for coffee for 2 days. A little thing, but easily solved and someone should have been dispatched to the local market to pick some up. And no, coffee mate is not the same thing. Otherwise, very very nice.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hyatt Amherst hotel in Buffalo, and we had a wonderful experience. After we checked out, we realized we had left some of our belongings behind. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us retrieve them—they not only located our items but also arranged to have them shipped back to us. Their kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. Thank you for your outstanding service! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and caring place to stay.

The decor was up to date being a newer hotel, and close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. My room was very comfortable. The lobby was comfortable and inviting and I was able to gather with family there. I enjoyed being able to have a night cap at the bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Great stay. Will choose the hotel for future visits.

The room was not supplied with condiments for room coffee. Thankfully there was 24 hour coffee available in lobby.

The location was excellent for easy access to Buffalo and the Keybank arena. Also, we really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub area. In addition, our room was comfortable and had a full L-shaped couch for lounging in addition to the king bed.

The bed was rather uncomfortable. For breakfast, there were various options, but the area wasn't super clean and the food didn't appear very fresh. We went to breakfast about an hour after it opened and the coffee had already been depleted, but there weren't attendants checking on levels to replenish it. A non-dairy creamer option for the coffee would be helpful too.

The breakfast was excellent. The employees were all very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was lovely.

Would be nice if there was a later end time for breakfast, with health issues it can be difficult to be up and around early to go to breakfast. No microwave in the room for convenience.The glass sliding door was not very pleasant to use, a normal wooden one would be safer.

Location was good

There was.no place for garbage. We stayed 4 nights without housekeeping. Outside the door did not seem the answer, it stayed there for quite a while. Also, no one kept an eye on swimming or exercise rooms for unsupervised kids. When my wife and I went to the pool area, there were 5 teenage girls, under 16, no adults, screaming at the top of their lungs. At the exercise room the next day, 2 young girls were blasting music and running on the treadmills at top speed , again under 16, unsupervised.

OK well I booked through booking.com but it never really got to the Hyatt. The staff was so great - they were booked but next door the Marriott. Owned by same owners as the Hyatt - quickly got me in an even lower rate - provided me access to the Hyatt Pool and complimentary breakfast. The staff was indeed the best I have come across in hotel stays in quite some time. Most impressed. I would come back and next time I will book directly and leave those "booking" sites behind!

The staff is extremely pleasant and polite. At first, we were given the key to a smaller room with one bed, but without any problems, it was changed to a larger one with two beds (I booked a room with two beds). The rooms and the whole hotel are clean. The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the highway and in a nice area. Perfect location if you plan to visit Niagara Falls and Buffalo.

Good location for the area, pool facilities were nice, a great breakfast was included with our rate, the room was very clean and we liked the little sitting area in the room. Good space for luggage and lots of desk room. Very friendly staff.

The pillows were pretty small and not especially supportive. Wine glasses might have been nice - there was even an ice bucket provided, but no wine glasses, but really nitpicking here.
