Clogged sink but not tub Good water pressure Booger embedded in washcloth Stain on easy chair that made me not want to sit in it No caffeinated coffee The microwave tripped the circuit but there was a button on the extension cord Bed stink on pillows but above standard clean room It was all things in the room So 1 point deducted Pool closed

I stayed for a night. It was a nice peaceful stay. And the room was quite clean!

I couldn't get the wifi working in my room for my laptop. It only worked for my Android Pixel phone. Hence, I tethered the wifi from my phone to my laptop, but this was not a big deal! I think the elevator had some sort of issue, but I was able to get down via the elevator ultimately.

The location to Blue Cross Arena was great, I went to Rochester only to a Concert and this hotel was the nearest one!

The walls were too thin, so you could hear the other room quite clear and there was too much dirt but that's understandable because they are repairing stuff.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was glad to find a comforter in the closet.

The pillows are too big and uncomfortable. There was only decaf coffee. No breakfast is provided or even available because the dining room was closed. The clerk who signed me in in the middle of the night was not welcoming or friendly.The room was very expensive for the services provided.

We checked into our room and within 10 minutes the guests in the adjoining room opened their door and were trying ours. We had to tell them 2x that we were in there. I called the front desk and advised Antonio that I would like our room changed and within 10 minutes we were moved. He is a great asset to your facility. Dinner was delicious and your staff was very friendly. Would recommend and definitely stay again

Big room and restaurant made it excellent. Easy access to rooms and good for parking car. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Always very pleasant and helpful when needed. Loved my stay.

The city of Rochester has too many maniac drivers so as a city I wasn't a big fan but the hotel was great. I would recommend Holiday Inn Downtown to anyone else looking to travel. Two thumbs up for the Holiday Inn.

fantastic location for the Rochester Jazz Festival, friendly welcoming staff, nice towels, nice bar

recent policy of not cleaning the rooms for stays less than 5 days, one of two elevators out of order, the plug in the bathroom sink was broken

spacious room, clean and comfortable…..

I didn’t like that there was only one wash cloth in the bathroom…

It’s a great hotel checking in was a process but it was great

The deposit could have been lower Also when I turned on the vent in the bathroom it smelt of cigarettes. I didn’t tell anyone or stay the night because I had a family emergency
