The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Absolutely delicious. The breakfast prices were not clear. Didn’t understand what was included if any, continental breakfast. But it was bit pricey. The waitress was super sweet and the accommodations were impeccable. The hotel although crowded was still clean and well kept.

Thought breakfast was included in the stay. It it was not.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was great (a quick drive or a walk to the University of Rochester campus) and parking was easy. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard so we did not have street noise. I will want to stay here again when I visit my son at U of R.

The hotel is close to the U of R medical center so at one point we could hear a helicopter (but I couldn't see it so it may not have been landing at the hospital). Other than that I don't recall any noise disruptions.

Hearing accessible room was great and up to speed! The staff were super nice and helpful and the rooms were really clean and comfortable! Rachel and Sydney at the bar were great!! We love them!

Only complaint is that the internet is janky. Kept kicking us off and not fully loading so we had to use data when we wanted to use our phones or my laptop.

The kindness and helpfulness of the staff. A very nice and satisfying breakfast. The hotel is very secured with a nice swimming pool and a gym.

The rooms are not being cleaned on a daily basis. Ones need to ask for a cleaning service. I guess this policy is due to COVID-19 situation.

Right in the middle of College Town, it was an interesting place to people watch with alot of restaurants and shopping nearby. Next door to historic Mount Hope Cemetary. The city of Rochester center with the waterfall was close by in one direction and large shopping centers in the other direction.

There was no breakfast included in our room rate. Stores do not open before 8 am and the college bookstore did not open unitl 10. A little bit of homeless population wandering around, probably from the medical center.

Cleanliness. Superb attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. Super place to stay especially if one needs the Strong hospital.

Disappointed that the restaurant was not open Mondays, but that is simply management decision—no problem

my booking got mixed up when I purchased the breakfast add on it didn’t come up on the hotels end and there was some confusion about breakfast but the staff handled it well and were sweet.

The room was clean and comfortable. Keyless entry was a nice touch as well. Close to where I needed to be and the surrounding area to show my partner my hometown. Breakfast at the attached restaurant was a bit pricey but overall good. I would book here again if not for my reason stated below.

I’m a travel agent with InteleTravel. I would’ve given an overall great rating but my partner left her denim jacket in our room closet. I attempted to contact housekeeping with not much success, even had my mother go to the hotel to attempt to retrieve the item. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. Several failed attempts later and I have never received a call back or was told that it wasn’t there, although my son confirmed the jacket was in the closet. I wish a housekeeping manager had returned my call. It would’ve made up for the loss.

Staff were all very friendly and efficient. The staff at check in and the breakfast staff were all so nice and pleasant! The room was comfortable and clean overall. Kids loved the pool!

No complaints! A bit expensive but would stay again!

The hotel itself is so easy to get to. Parking is between building, so it almost feels like you drive into a courtyard. The hotel is very clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. The big bonus is the Grappa restaurant. We had an awesome time there, and drinks were delightful. The pasta carbonara to die for.
