It appeared to be new

The beds were hard and the kids were terribly loud. I could hear them over my head it was if a demo was driving over my head.

It had all the amenities needed! Everything was updated & nice looking! They had nice outside areas with seating. The suite was pretty roomy & had real plates, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, large fridge, etc. oh, and I really liked the full size shampoo, conditioner, & body washes in the shower.

I wish the breakfast was a hot American breakfast with things like scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. They did have some warm food options like frozen biscuit & muffin sandwiches & frozen omelettes, but sometimes they were not really warm. And trash started piling up quickly once there was a big crowd at breakfast.

We had stayed earlier in the week at a different Home2 Suites in the Rochester area. This one in Greece was far better and we were disappointed that we didn't stay at this one longer. We only stayed at this location because my husband had gotten food poisoning at the other Home2 Suites and we had to extend our vacation for an extra day. It was beautiful, clean, and the breakfast seemed plentiful. We ate at Donuts Delight on our way out of town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This one does not have free laundry like the other Home2 Suites in the Rochester area. However, it is really cheap so it makes up for it not being free.

Breakfast was great the 2nd day because we went early. There were so many options and the waffles were fantastic as usual. The coffee was hot and fresh and the food was hot.

Breakfast the 1st day was not the best. There was very little left out and there was over 1/2 hour left. The food in the warmer was ice cold and apparently was not working right.

We stayed with our 2 kiddos for a weekend getaway. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Although it was the same breakfast every day, at least it was reliable, warm, and good selection, the staff at breakfast were attentive. It was nice that BJ's Wholesale store is right next door. Loved the fire pit at night!

Pool water was not clear (chemicals needed to clear), we never received the ice bucket we requested 2x.

Extensive buffet although I had to ask for a lot of things that had run out. Spacious suites with kitchen are a nice touch. 24 hour coffee and tea was nice. Pool seemed nice but I didn’t use it. Fire pit and seating area outside lent a nice touch too

Eggs were mislabeled which resulted in me spitting out ham. This was fixed upon informing them. Sheets and pillowcases are not ironed which means they are wrinkly and it’s harder to tell if the linens have indeed been changed. Two strands of hair in shower upon my arrival. Otherwise clean. One towel hook was loose on the wall and came down. No facial tissue in bathroom despite there being a dispenser.

We had to find refuge during Storm Elliot and found H2S. The room was bright and clean and roomy enough for a family of 6. The pool, board games and hot chocolate were loved by the kids and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and safe as we headed out on Christmas Day. The mall is nearby as well as other places to eat.

The pool could have been warmer.

Newer Hotel. Large rooms with kitchens and essentials. Walk in shower plus ample storage in bathroom. Lots of choice options for breakfast. Hot and cold selections. Plenty of seating to eat. Outdoor seating area with firepit.

Not much around the area - but right off main highway to get places. Breakfast hours could have been open a little later. Some hot selections (breackfast sandwiches) had been cooked and sitting in case for a bit and a little stale... Milk choices (half/half, almond, etc) for coffee and tea would be nice.

The pool was awesome . But think about putting instructions in Spanish . There were other guests in the pool one night . Drinking and spitting in the pool . Gross . They didn’t get out at 10 pm either . Not sure what happened .

The king bed was too hard for $200 a night .

The hotel was great. we had a handicap accessible room that was truly accessible they had the correct bathing facilities and grab bars for the toilet.
