The staff was friendly, the rooftop patio had amazing views, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. The area is nice, with lots of convenience stores, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel because it's was reasonably priced for the area.

The rooms didn't have refrigerators, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. We were there 4 nights and were told room service came every other day, but they didn't ever come by. The area is good, but the walk to the nearest subway station was a little long.

The fact that with a couple of days before we left, I have talked with one the gentleman of the staff, asking if it is possible to leave our baggage for 5 hours in the day we leave, and the answer was "of course, for a couple of hours, it is possible". But, in the day of our leaving, an other gentleman in the front office denied our request, saying it is not possible. However, in a half of hour 2 ladies showed up at the front desk with the exact request and for them was possible. So, it was a bitter taste at the end.

Arivial and incheck was very quick and friendly. Room was clean and had enough space. Cleaning was ok, but not consistently. Tea, coffee and toilet paper were not always replenished, towels were changed every day while we had not put them on the floor to change. Breakfast was fine, varied in certain items the 10 days we were there. Unfortunately not always a place to sit, but they opened the meeting room as a solution. Roof terrace is a nice extra, but not convenient to eat your breakfast there, given the distance of the buffet. Finally, the distance to Mahantan is fine, with a short walk to the metro.

rooms were great .. clean spacious and comfortable .. breakfast was delicious .. many options for any diet .. however, if you weren't there early the food was gone quickly we found .. and coffee was often empty

everything about our stay was great .. the only thing that was a meh is that it was a small hike to the main subway line (barclay centre) around 15 mins ... but when you compound that a minimum of twice daily and then add all the other walking it adds up ... my husband and i were here for 5 nights and we walked over 66 km or 41 miles so being a bit closer to the subway would've been ideal ... but it's not a dealbreaker

A decent selection for breakfast with hot dishes changing every day. Good selection of toppings for oatmeal/greek yoghurt which were both available. WiFi was fast, stable and available throughout the stay. Both front desk staff and cleaning staff was amazing throughout the stay. Hotel was in a quiet area with good sound isolation, we never heard neighbors or street traffic during the night.

Juice machine kept running out of water/juice. A bit father from public transport than anticipated, but definitely still walkable.

Nice and comfortable rooms with coffee maker and fridge, microwave available downstairs - all that a traveller needs. It is close to subway (approx. 10mins walk), we felt safe all the time. We also really liked the breakfast, and the staff was very acomodating. We would definitely stay again and can recommend this place.

The dining room can be quite crowdy, especially if you arrive later. A lot of school children (class trips to NY?) that we met there ment that it was challenging to find a (clean) seat and something to to eat. Arrive early!

Check in was pretty smooth, but the man checking us in told us breakfast was only until 9am and all the signs said 9:30am. He did give us a room on a higher floor which we wanted. Even though our room was right near the elevator it was pretty quiet. The rooftop area was pretty cool with great views. The gym was pretty decent. They had weights from 10lbs to about 60 or 70lbs. There was a bench, a yoga mat, a treadmill, elliptical and a stationary bicycle. They also had towels and a water cooler. There was also paper towels and sanitizing spray. The breakfast was decent. They had assorted milks, juices, teas, coffee, yogurts, breads including bagels, oatmeal, eggs, turkey and pork sausage, home fries and a few other things. They were refilling right up until the end of the breakfast. Surprisingly they didn't have any water which I found strange. I also wish in the evening you could get hot water for tea. The room was small, but fine. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They had charging stations on both sides of the bed. The TV was okay. We could not get the Netflix to work and one of the Showtime channels either. There was a mini frig, but no microwave. They also had a pod coffee machine. The bathroom was fine and clean.

Wonderful hotel that was close to a few different subway stations that I used to get around while I was in NYC. It was really convenient to be so close to them, but still far enough away that the hotel was on a quiet street and I slept without any issues. The staff was very friendly and check-in and check-out was easy. I found that the cleaning staff as well were lovely! Whenever I left in the mornings they would tell me to have a good day. My room was a good size, and the bed and bathroom were both comfortable and clean. I had the complimentary breakfast one morning and there was a good selection that was refreshed regularly and I enjoyed everything that I ate.

New hotel and installations; terrass on top and its view; room equipment, conforot and technical state; good bed. a few restaurants on the streets around; close to metro Atlantic main station (15 min walk) , or to Union (10 min).

Breakfast: always hard to find a place; often products missing, had to wait for them to be refilled; people who seemed not to be residents were accepted for breakfast: every day, staying there long, and leaving with a full bag... while residents were striving for an available table. Always poor people hanging aroung on 4th Av close to Atlantic station, they did not give a safety feeling...

The location wasn't bad - it was 15min walk to different metro lines. The neighbourhood looked a bit shady, but in general I felt safe. The room was as expected, very clean, comfortable bed, all appliances (hairdryer, iron) were working well. The staff was helpful.

I didn't like the breakfast. There wasn't much choice and everything was served on plastic/paper plates.
