The Moxy is a very cool place! Fabulous art! Super clean rooms and fun atmosphere. Great on site restaurant! Excellent location and gorgeous design and great staff.

The rooms are tiny! Hard to move around with luggage & getting dressed. Also the nightclub in residence there is SO loud at night….with the boom boom boom of the dance music that we couldn’t sleep until after well after 2:00 AM. Consider asking for a room away from the Club side of the hotel.

I loved everything about the hotel and the employees. The area was amazing everything was walking distance. We can not forget how clean the hotel was and how amazing the food at the bar was as well!

I found the hotel was super cold no matter how low you set the AC in the room and especially the common area was freezing cold. When we checked out we had about 6 hours before our flight. I asked one of the front desk rep if there was blanket or towel we can use to cover us up while we wait and he refused. I thought that was very rude so we walked around outside to keep our body warm.

The decor, energy, the staff, location is walkable area, was on 9th floor away from elevators it was quiet didnt hear any neighbors. Loved the views. Room is small like most reviews state but had all we needed really enjoyed ourselves. Used credit for the bar also are given a credit for laundry but didn’t use that. Stayed for long weekend and wasn’t too crowded or loud like some reviews mention. I think it depends what your weekend will consist of to decide to stay in property but you won’t regret it!

I was traveling solo , but meeting family in Williamsburg. Property opened approx 9 days prior. Everyone was enthusiastic and very accommodating. Restaurants not yet open, but coffee, pastries, yogurt & fruit available in bar and open seating area. so convenient for guests staying here.

I have as on 10th floor. had a great view. so, no complaints. Some on 4th, said when the nightclub opened they could hear the base and that it was loud. I didnt hear this on my floor.

Loved room and location. Check-in and staff were great too.

Didn't love the built in fee for restaurant and laundry. Was only there one night and couldn't take advantage of laundry. Restaurant was out of breakfast when we tried to use that credit. Split a sad croissant and left the remainder as tip for server.

Location was great. Staff was awesome- so friendly and helpful. The facility was great.

The rooms were a bit small with not enough room to store your things- maybe some more shelves would be helpful. The lights were no easy to figure out. We somehow set some sort of timer so the lights kept coming on in the middle of the night.

Good location, cool vibe, our kids loved the bunk room setup.

Very busy check in process with long wait. $30 mandatory daily charge (resulting in a “credit” that was difficult to use later at the very crowded bar) felt sleezy.

The ambiance was everything. I don’t want aroma they have in the lobby, but it’s smells really welcoming and cozy. The staff was very nice and professional.

I loved the room and our view. I mean I have nothing negative to say.

Excellent Staff and great food. Plenty of evening activities. Rooms well kept. Overall service was fantastic.

Room was a little small. The bed was comfortable and the shower was easy to access. Pathways a little narrow around the bed.

Location of hotel was perfect. Area has everything within walking distance. The restaurants and bars in the hotel are great and fit the vibe well.

Only issue is the bathroom and vanity setup. It's tight but expected in the limited space available.
