The initial greetings from the front desk clerk Chris. He greeted me with a smile and positivity. He even convinced me to sign up for rewards and I have never had the want to until he made explained it in detail. The hotel was well kept. The breakfast bar was cleaned and stocked, that was a big perk!! The staff I had encountered always smiling and willing to help. The price was extremely reasonable too!! Will be staying there again when I come back and Thanks to Chris I will be staying at Best Westerns whenever I travel!! A very pleasant and joyful experience !!

I arrived earlier than anticipated. I called the hotel, and they sent their shuttle driver right away. Thank you, Deb! I was able check in early. The room was larger than expected and very clean. All staff were super friendly and helpful in letting me know good places to eat within walking distance. The Olympic Restaurant is great! All staff reminded me not to cross the road, in front of hotel, but to take a few more steps and cross and the traffic light. They truly cared about you. I had to leave early the next morning, but there was still plenty of breakfast options. Hope to return to have the full menu - it looked great. The early morning shuttle, to the airport, was super-efficient. Sorry, I forgot the gentlemen's name - but he too was very nice. I will definitely consider staying at this location again, when flying in/out of Buffalo. Thank you!

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the carpet and furniture were new. The room was clean, the towels were soft and the housekeeping added a nice touch with presentation. The shower was strong and hot. I slept great. Overall it was a comfortable stay for an overnight stay for an early morning flight. The shuttle was on time and professional. Very nice staff.

I did not like how filthy the lobby and elevators were. The bathroom was not updated but it was clean. But the hotel was disgusting and walls and doors were thin. I could hear the people across the hall knocking on the doors and talking to their friends. I was worried I would be kept up all night but they were respectful and kept quiet.

After a late night arrival into Buffalo, the location and easy access from the airport to the hotel was perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful, and there was both a Dennys and great restaurant called Sports 365 Bar & Grille within property walking distance from the hotel.

I don"t have any "didn't likes."All went went well at the Best Western Inn Buffalo! They even had free Halloween candy at the front desk! Best Western Hotels are typically better than most of the hotels in their class and is my first choice when on the road.

The staff were great. Very helpful and pleasant. Service was prompt when we needed anything. Breakfast was good and they replenished constantly even though there were large groups staying. It was not a hot breakfast but there was a lot of variety and presented well. We found the fridge and microwave very helpful for storing and heating our leftovers. Parking was sufficient and safe.

The a/c and heater unit was a bit noisy. A bit old I think. One suggestion is to have a little night light in the bathroom(washroom/restroom) as the light and exhaust fan are on one switch which can make it noisy at night if you are sharing your hotel room. I realise the one switch is to ensure the exhaust fan switch is on when you shower so that mold does not form in the bathroom.

I liked the proximity to the airport. It's a lovely and clean hotel, and quiet early in the evening. Nice people work there, and it was a seamless check-in.

The construction of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The door to the room had light pouring through it, even when closed, which probably means that the door was hung improperly. Then, late in the night (2:00-3:00 a.m.), we could clearly hear people in the hall, and what they were saying. The toilet ran, and made noise, but we got it to stop.

Good central location for shopping. Good breakfast.

I’ve stayed here a couple times before and don’t remember the room being so dated? all rooms may not be the same… The lady who checked me in couldn’t take her eyes off of the movie on TV long enough to pay any attention to me. I had to say pardon after the few things she asked me because she was muttering and facing away. Beyond rude but at least it was a short interaction. lol

Room was very clean service was excellent I would recommend anybody to stay at this motel. Family also stayed there that came in from New York City and from Syracuse New York they all had a good time room also was excellent for them service was great refrigerator didn’t work in one of the rooms and the manager came and gave us a new one.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this motel I definitely would stay at this motel again and recommend it to other people.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They picked uu up at the nearby airport after our flight was cancelled that night and took us back to the airport early the next day. No charge. The room was clean, well stocked with the essentials, quiet, comfortable, clean bedding. The Front desk even gave us a wine bottle opener to use. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The room was big. A soft King size bed and clean bathroom. They also prepared some travel appliances like shampoo and toothpaste. Wi-Fi connection is stable and I was able to work during travel. The breakfast was also very pleasant and delicious. A lot of options.
