Great establishment that is pet friendly. I loved that it was well kept, clean, and that the customer service was great. Places I've been too that are pet friendly are dirty or not well taken care of. The pool was nice and we also enjoyed the steam room.
I got the breakfast included option and it was weird how they tell you not to get more than 10 dollars of food per person. Which was strange and unclear in the booking.

The room was nice and clean with modern style. Fun place for single/couple stay but for a family stay I'd look elsewhere.
There were few parties in a building and in neighboring building as well so it was a bit noisy. I assume that does not happen everyday. No breakfast because of some issues in kitchen but they still charged for the snacks from bar

We didn't eat the breakfast....We liked that it was self contained with quite a bit to do just in the complex itself.
We stayed on the 12th floor. There is a nightclub on the 13th floor. The music was blaring until 2:00AM. Not just kind of loud...really loud. I like that there was nightlife in the building but more soundproofing would have made more sense.

If you love being in the heart of cities, with a fresh take on hotel stays, this is a great choice. The room was spacious and comfortable. Lots of redevelopment in the neighborhood makes things lively. Staff was lovely with my tired puppy.
The hotel was very pet-friendly, but there really isn't a place to safely walk your dog. Location is a little edgy - as a single traveller, you should be careful going out and about in the neighborhood.

The view of the sunrise was spectacular each morning. The entire hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly, and the hotel is pet friendly.
The lights went off in the bathroom several times while wevwere using it. Nobody thought to tell is that our room key was accepted for parking in the parking garage. Thus, our parking bill was quite high.

the bar inside was on fire, the music food people was excellent! very trendy
the view. I needed a better view of the city! I was not able to use the rooftops because of the many weddings. I was not able to use the pool.

This perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the nightlife of Buffalo.
I had a little bit of trouble finding the light for the room and the TV it had Netflix but it froze and it didn’t really work too well.

Located within walking distance from to everything! The room was clean and comfy with a fabulous view. You have to check out Patrick’s Rooftop!

I absolutely loved the view from the hotel bedroom. The room was exceptional, very clean and very comfortable. I will definitely recommend staying there to anyone planning on going to the buffalo area. I will also be going to stay there again.
