Our go-to destination when we travel to Buffalo. Have been staying here since I first came out to interview for PA at D'Youville in 2003. Even nicer since they renovated the building.

Looked forward to having a drink when we got back from the Sabre game. Got back at 1030pm and found the bar dark and the lights out. Posted closing time was 11pm. Reception staff said the person at the bar hadn't had a customer in over an hour and closed early. I work in medicine and I have to stay until closing time whether I don't see a patient all day and one walks in at the last minute! Same should apply here!

the room was spotless, bed was comfortable. Large kitchen space, good size bathroom & shower. Nice to have Starbucks attached to hotel w/ 10% discount. Front desk staff were friendly.

The breakfast was okay. The breakfast could have been better for the room cost. There were egg sandwiches in plastic bags?

Wish there was more options for breakfast

Breakfast was simple. It was nice to have a continental breakfast for my family. I would have liked bigger cups for the beverages, and perhaps a larger variety of fruit.

I would have liked if my room would have been cleaned in between the nights we stayed. It was unfortunate that nothing even got wiped down. I would have greatly appreciated that.

Have stayed at this location for years even when it was a Holiday Inn. Like the closeness to D'Youville where I graduated in 2006 and now Keybank Center where we return to see hockey games.

I thought the shower floor was slick. Could have used better traction. Minor thing.

The breakfast was wonderful and there was a fun variety along with very good staples -oatmeal bar and waffles. The lobby was fun and welcoming, the pool was easily accessable and there was a fire pit!

Loved how clean and comfortable it was. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room is nice size and love the fridge, microwave and extras. I love how close it was to everything we needed and Starbucks on site. The breakfast was ok. Better than continental breakfast and you do have choices.

The pool was down, but.....the hotel called prior to our stay to let us know it was down and offered a refund with no fees if we wanted to cancel. We did want to swim but we stayed anyway and appreciated being told ahead of time and the offer for a refund with no cancellation fees. Things happen so the pool Being down wasn’t that big of a deal.

The room was very spacious. Loved the refrigerator, stove and microwave access. There was an extra CLEAN comforter available for use in the closet.

We couldn't get the temperature in the room comfortable. The bathroom shower, floor and floor boards need to be cleaned more often. Mattress needed zippered cover on it!

They had their own parking lot, unlike many hotels in the downtown area. The hotel was very clean and had all the modern, updated amenities: kitchenette with stainless steel appliances; beautiful bathroom and shower with excellent ventilation. Big window with mechanical (with remote!) drapery. This will be our go-to hotel for Buffalo.

It is one of the more expensive hotels in the downtown area, but you get what you pay for.

The rooms were spacious and well designed. The entire hotel was was well designed and spacious. Very clean and the staff was courteous.

I felt it was a little pricey bit I would still stay here again.
