Homewood Suites by Hilton Buffalo/Airport

I loved the facility it was beautiful and very inviting. I also loved the huge selection they had for breakfast. Everyone was so nice.

I didn't like the giant pee stain on the carpet in my room that was covered up by the sitting chair and ottoman. Once I moved the ottoman we saw the stain and then my dog went nuts rolling on the stain and he wouldn't leave it alone I had to cover it back up to be able to continue our stay without the dog going crazy over the smell of another dog.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times now, and each time it’s great. Staff is friendly, hotel is also super clean, and is in a safe location.

Breakfast was free, so I can’t really complain (and also because everything else was AMAZING), but it’s not what it used to be. Hence, the times, I’m sure. Nothing is what it used to be post-Covid.

The location is in a perfect spot anywhere I wanted to go was never more than a 15 minute drive. Wegmans and 7/11 being right across the street definitely one of the best things.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that I couldn’t enjoy my breakfast here a lot of the meat on the menu is pork and I don’t eat pork so I still had to go out n hey breakfast.

The breakfast was good. The location was great. The suites could of been larger. The food and drinks and personal items mark up is extremely high. For example a 20 ounce drink is $4 and a small Stouffers dinner is$8-$10 and at the grocery store they are $3. Very comfortable and clean place to stay. I will stay again but I will be sure to bring enough food and drinks and personal items. Buffet breakfast was good.

The suite size could of been larger. The price of food and drinks and toiletries.

Huge room! We felt at home! Very comfortable beds + the whole living room area with the full kitchenette! Great warm swimming pool, pretty good breakfast, everything is sparkling clean!

You will not be in love with the area unless you really need to stay in that neighborhood. There's nothing exciting in the walking distance, but we needed to be there so no regrets!

Everything was beautiful the room , the cleanliness , the breakfast , and the pool was perfect

There were no extra towels or linen due to no staff which is totally understandable, what can you do if staff doesn’t show up! But I must say the receptionist did what she could to assist our needs she was excellent and very professional!

The rooms were nice and the pool was as well.

I specifically asked for my rooms to be close and when I arrived they tried to put my second room on a different floor. They stated they didn’t know I requested for my rooms to be near each other. I ended up at the end of the hall opposite my other room.

Breakfast was good, nice variety.

My only small complaint would be some of the furniture was tired/well worn. The couch was comfortable & firm for sitting & bed was comfortable, no dips.

The location was perfect. Close to airport.

Room weren't cleaned daily. Late night noise in the courtyard.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. Lots of variety and very clean. The place had plenty of seating inside and outside. Room was clean and spacious. Kids had fun playing in the pool. Tim Horton is literally across the street. Lots of shops around also.
