Property was ok needs a little updating but the staff was very good especially the front desk staff member who helped me did the right thing by me when I found that the elevator was broken. I think for the price it’s not a bad place and it very conveniently located directed across the street from the Long Island railroad station that brings you thru parts of queens and into Manhattan.
-Parking was $19 dollars a day -Elevator was broken when I was there -Rooms need a bit of updating but where fine.

Willie, the parking attendant/concierge was AMAZING! He was so helpful with everything, directions, places to eat, etc. The desk staff were fabulous, too! They seemed genuinely happy for our success at Westminster Dog Show.

It was in a nice area and clean. The staff was very accommodating. My daughter and I arrived a few hours before check in and the staff quickly got us set up with a room. The customer service was exceptional! Very friendly staff that made us feel very welcomed!

The HVAC unit needs some attention. I like my room very cool below 65 degrees. I couldn't get it lower than 70 no matter what I did. The upholstery needs a deep cleaning

The staff at the Andrew were very accommodating. I didn't like my first room because it made me feel isolated so they quickly changed the room with no problems. I felt as if I was at home. If felt nice to receive that kind of treatment even though I was only there for a couple of days. I will definitely write a review on yelp about the Andrew.
Not enough time there to dislike anything. However, I think they did a great job considering the situation we are in right now. They followed all COVID-19 safety rules. Monitored every inch of the hotel. They understand their clientele.
