I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED ! THIS HOTEL WAS CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND PRICED FAIRLY ! THE ROOMS LOOK RECENTLY RENOVATED,,,, WITHIN THE LAST YEAR, OR SO I'D SAY ?? THE A/C WORKED FINE, THE BEDS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE,, BELIEVE ME, I PULL UP A CORNER OF THE SHEET AND LOOK AT THE PADDING,, ALL OK !! I LIKED THAT THERE'S NO RUGS ! RUGS GET DIRTY AND STAY DIRTY, THE HARDWOOD FLOORS ARE EASY TO DAMP MOP, SO THE STAFF PROBABLY DOES IT ! THEY HAVE A NICE MINI FRIDGE AND A MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM, THE STAFF IS NICE AND THEY EVEN GIVE YOU ONE OF THOSE CONTINENTAL BREAKFASTS, WHICH IS COOL !! ALL AROUND, GOOD STAY, WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN !!

I HAVE TO BE HONEST, A WASN'T EXPECTING MUCH, BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED ! IT WAS AN OVERALL GOOD TRIP, I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS,,,

The rooms are always great and the location of the hotel is convenient for us.

1) we were not told when we checked in that we had to ASK to have the room cleaned.....! So Saturday came and went, no room cleaning, which leads me to 2) the extremely snippy young woman working the desk on Sunday morning - I had gone down just to get coffee barefoot and was verbally punished by her for that- I'm 72 and really don't appreciate being yelled at for something minor; on checking out, I asked why the room had not been cleaned and was told in a very dismissive tone that we had to ask for that - We have never had to ask for the room to be cleaned at that hotel.......??!!

When I asked the front desk clerk for a receipt for the $100 room deposit, she told me she couldn’t give me one because I booked online. She told me it would be refunded to my account by Wednesday. She was quite rude. I also had to wait for a room because the room I booked had supposedly flooded that day. I was told I was going to be upgraded to a room with a living room but when they finally had a room available, it was a regular room.

Large, clean room, very comfortable bed. Fridge and Keurig coffee maker with free pods in the room. Quiet (I had a room towards the back). Friendly staff.

Obviously not the fault of the hotel, but Apple Maps only gave an "approximate location" when copying the address from booking.com, and that location is quite a bit off. Use Google Maps instead. If you come from the wrong direction, you need to drive quite a bite before you can make a U turn (maybe could have been avoided if I had used Google Maps right away). Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment over all.

Very Clean, comfortable, spacious, I really liked the size of the bathroom. Bed were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I really enjoy having breakfast included, it saves time and money and the convenience it provides while traveling is ideal.

I don't have any suggestions at this time, it's always better when you can save, so maybe a military or triple AAA discount in addition to the cost would be ideal.

When I checked in at 9:45 on a stormy night after an 8 hour drive, the young lady at the desk was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. She was very friendly and helpful. She was there every night when I returned late from spending time with my daughter, and every time was just as pleasant. Sadly, I did not catch her name.

The morning staff did not seem to have their act together. The two women at the desk seemed to always be at odds with each other or something. They never greeted me on my way through the lobby or said have a nice day.... When I went to checkout, there was nobody else at the desk except me. But They did not acknowledge me until I loudly placed my car keys on the counter directly in front of them. When I then said I needed to check out, the one woman said (kind of rudely) that if I did not need a receipt, to just throw my keys in the basket. I found this very off-putting. Nobody thanked me for staying or said to have safe travels... Also, the A/C unit was not functioning properly and kept throwing an E9 error and not cooling properly.

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good size and fixtures were all modern. Breakfast was continental (muffins, cereal, juice, fruit cups). Dining area was pleasant and clean, and the small menu met our limited needs. Property is well-maintained, and location in Highland is very convenient to all regional sights.

The room was fine; it was clean, there were plenty of towels, an iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer, coffee maker, and the king bed was comfortable. There were vending machines for drinks and snacks and an ice maker near the lobby. The hotel was very close to the Apple Green Golf Course where we were attending a wedding so the location was convenient. The staff were accommodating to our special request, which we appreciated. I would stay here again.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired but we just skipped it.

Clean, great location close to 87, 4 minutes to mid hudson Bridge, 10 to new paltz and hiking, food, 15 to kingston. Breakfast was poor. Coffee was weak.Only high sugar, high calorie grab and go. But for the price it was good.

Breakfast, bed could be replaced, getting mushy from usage. Coffee was horrible.

Room and facility looked very clean. Having alcohol wipes in room was a nice touch. Nice size space for one person. In room coffee was good quality. Location on main road was helpful for someone unfamiliar with area.

Breakfast selection limited. Did not appear to be much in walkable distance. Front desk unattended for long periods. Was not given the gift left at the desk by the bride & groom hose wedding I was there to attend.
