We loved the location and the staff. They were prompt in addressing our needs. Though we arrived early for check-in and rooms were not ready yet, staff was friendly and helped us with our belongings until our rooms were ready.

The bathrooms were a bit dated. The air conditioner required maintenance but they responded quickly and the problem was resolved shortly after.

The suite option with separate bathrooms. Exactly what we needed when traveling with elderly parents. In addition, the continental breakfast was very convenient.

The carpets in the rooms can be more clean. Also, allow at least 1 hour for late check out. We had to rush my elderly parents out of the room to meet the checkout time. Also, I would suggest more fruit options on the menu for breakfast.

I liked the whole experience!!! My son and wife loved the pool and whirlpool!!! Plus the room was awesome very clean and Daisy checked me in and was so nice seeing it was 12:30am !! Plus it was 5 minutes from the convention center we went to

I loved it all !! Especially the breakfast and the folks responsible for It and letting us know we had 5 minutes if we wanted anything else !!!! You all are awesome

Good location, big rooms, average breakfast

It should have garbage disposables along with the ashtrays already there, by all entrances so people like me don't have to walk all over the property to find the garbage containers.

The room was great for a business trip.

The only thing I was unhappy with was the fireplace not working. There was also a fire alarm that went off and there was no evacuation done. Communication was not good. I would recommend a better plan of action when things like that happen.

I was staying over night with my daughter. We arrived late after a long drive and we were starving. The restaurant was closing in 5 mins, but the person who checked us in not only said it was no problem but recommended something from menu; told us to go get settled in our room and that someone would ring when it was ready and bring it up. The room was spotless and even had the t.v remote in disposable plastic bag for an added precaution during this pandemic. Will definitely be staying here again.

Only minor thing was there was no option on the t.v menu to rent any movies.

it was clean and the front desk lady Brianna was very professional and nice. I would stay here again.

I didn’t like how rude the security guards was and also how early the pool closed.

The breakfast was very good, had some hot food, all day coffee was delicious, room was beautiful and very friendly staff.
