The property was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff competent. I like the consistency of knowing what you will get at a Hampton Inn. The breakfast and available coffee is always welcome. We went to a show at the Paramount and it is a great walkable area with restaurants, cafes and shops all accessible on foot.

I thought the Hampton used to provide 2 types of pillows - a soft and a more firm. The pillows were nice but a soft and firm would have been appreciated.

Great location and very very clean

Problem with hot water.. I was unable to have a hot shower when I arrived as water was only tepid. The Engineer came to my room and explained they’re had a plumbing problem that day and that water was not yet at temp. He was extremely apologetic.. by morning the problem was sorted, the engineer contacted me to ensure I was happy. Brilliant customer service..👍

New, very clean, friendly helpful staff

Breakfast was a joke. They don’t mention that the hot breakfast you paid for as part of your room rate doesn’t exist. In the morning when I asked where breakfast was, they gave you a to go bag they had to go and make up that consisted of a frozen orange juice, a water, and two tiny danishes and a mini bagel. Worst hotel breakfast ever. There may have been a yogurt as well but basically I took two bites and threw it out. I genuinely feel I should be refunded some of the 300+ dollars I paid for one night.

Breakfast was very good. Fresh bagels and biscuits every day! Room was very clean. Location couldn't be better. The town needed a place like this for a long, long time.

Quite expensive! The housekeeping was a bit hit and miss, but when they showed up they did a fabulous job!

The room was clean and appeared to be like new/freshly renovated. The shower was very comfortable with ample soap and towels, and the curtains were room darkening. I love that. In addition, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

There was a slight odor to the top cover on my bed, so I didn't use it.

The Hotel was beautiful and the historic aspect of the building has been preserved with modernization. Room was clean and bright with a comfortable bed. Bathroom was excellent and supplies were ample. Staff was helpful and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this Hotel.

The woman on duty during our check-in. We had our wedding guests stay here for our daughters wedding. The woman at check-in was difficult at best. She was uncooperative and many family members had issues with her. Unacceptable attitude.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It is located in the middle of Manhattan and therefore very accessible to all the major attractions either by walking or subway

Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Hot food was hot with lots of seating and choices. Very impressed with the "new" feel and easily walk to the entire town. Great stay for a concert at the Paramount!
