Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lake George

Breakfast was great except no hot chocolate. Not everyone drinks coffee and tea. There was plenty of seating and good choices for breakfast.

I did not like the smell of pot coming in from the vent in the bathroom. Also the batteries in the TV remote needed changing. I received a text to let them know if I needed anything. I texted that we needed batteries for the tv remote and that the bathroom had a pot smell and I received a response they were sorry for the delay in responding and the front desk would respond. The front desk never responded regarding the batteries or the pot smell.

A nice spread for breakfast and was nice you could get coffee/tea around the clock. Enjoyed the pool area which made for a nice few days away with my special needs daughter. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Got a knock on the door from front staff telling me someone was complaining of the noise in my room. Whoever it was obviously didn’t know my special needs daughter is nonverbal let alone fell asleep on the floor and the TV was even muted while me and my sister were both quietly scrolling FB. My guess is the person(s) who complained were the ones smoking marijuana in the next room in which I let go even though the smell made us sick. Probably was the reason my daughter crashed on the floor.

My husband and I had a wonderful one night stay. We were met by a very pleasant young lady at the front desk. The surroundings were clean and welcoming. There is tea/coffee available at all times in the lobby. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed immensely the hot tub and pool. Breakfast was included and was very good. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more from the Radisson during our stay. Thank you!

While breakfast was good there could have been a few more options to choose from.

I’m not sure how others’ experiences were so different from ours. I was a housekeeper for four years as a teen and I’m pretty picky about cleanliness and overall condition of our rooms we stay in. This hotel was very clean, excellent customer service and the buffet was decent as well. I prefer bacon over sausage so that would have been better but I’m not complaining about the quality of the food at all. The room had everything we needed. It was extremely clean, right down to the white comforters, and the grout in the showers. No hair in the bathroom (which I’m retentive about), the towels were nice and thick and the rainfall shower was nice. The room was a decent size as well.

I like really soft beds so these were a bit harder, but not terribly so.

I stayed Memorial Day weekend. Even though they were absolutely slammed with bookings, the staff was extremely pleasant, helpful, and quick to assist. I was completely blown away with how clean the hotel is kept. It seemed there wasn't that many staff members, but as soon as myself and others needed something, we received immediate service

The breakfast buffet can use some better options. They have a waffle maker and pancake maker, which is awesome but not ideal for large crowds. Since this is complementary, I wouldn't count that against them.

Breakfast was last limited . The indoor pool is not heated. The water was very very cold , unenjoyable. It was not overwhelming of chlorine smell . The jacuzzi was very hot and jets strong , I spent more time in there. It was perfect . We. Had a suite , the beds and couch pullout was very comfy . Everything was good , clean . Except rusty marks from hinges to bathroom door looked rusty and blood look stain on floor . You could tell it was old and overlooked . Staff was great . Outdoor fire pit was a great treat . Location is great , if you don't want to be right in town . Great Escape is literally right on border of property. You can see rides . I would stay again .

Indoor pool was freezing . Breakfast choices were limited .

There was plenty of parking. The mattress was very comfortable. We were very appreciative of the fact that they were extra towels so we didn’t have to ask for any. The breakfast was better on Sunday than it was on Saturday. But Saturday’s breakfast still was good. We also liked the fire pit out front.

it was nice of them to upgrade us to a larger room, considering that we ran into traffic that made us arrive late. I forgot to say that in our room, which was the room number 208, the TV in the front room did not work, but fortunately, the one in the bedroom didn’t work.

I loved the staff, the location and the cleanliness.

My only critique would be the beds are not very comfortable. A mattress upgrade would be amazing. My fiancé and I stayed when it was very busy this time, for the most part it was normal activity but we were on the second floor and we had a family with children above us and boy could you tell how much sugar they had that day! After 10pm it stopped but it was quite loud. We stayed by the stairwell so that door slamming throughout the day and night wasnt the best, we've been here when it was quiet as well. Overall I love this hotel over the past 4 years I've stayed in a few different local places this is by far my favorite and I've stayed here the most and will continue to.

I stay here every year with my daughter for some relaxation in Lake George. The location is perfect as it is right next to the amusement park and the water park lodge is right across the street. The fun spot is close by as well as many restaurants. The village is just a short drive. This hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the fire pit out front. Breakfast buffet was nice. They had several waffle makers so the wait time to use them wasn’t long.

The jets in the hot tub didn’t work well. It was like sitting in a large bath tub. My daughter wouldn’t swim in the pool because it was freezing. The accommodations state it is a heated pool but it clearly wasn’t.

we loved the friendly staff and the pool hot tub area. the beds were really comfortable. we loved the breakfast also. everything was wonderful. we have stayed before this trip and plan to stay again

Everything was wonderful. the only thing we noticed different this time we stayed was the first two days the hot tub only had two of the jets working. today the rest were working but they didn’t seem to have the pressure like the last time or like other hot tubs we have used at hotels. usually they are strong enough where you can see the ripple of water on top but you couldn’t even tell the jets were working until you were in it. and like I said it was very little pressure. this however didn’t not change our mind about it being an excellent stay. we absolutely love Country Inn and Suites. I’m only mentioning it in case you aren’t aware of the hot tub not working correctly. 😊
