Great location in proximity to area attractions. The First-floor room was beneficial in regard to coming and going during our stay. The availability of HBO in the room provided a nice entertainment option. Breakfast was limited to packaged danish, muffin, or nutrigrain bar. The beverages were apple or orange juice and coffee. Refrigerator and ice machine were nice amenities for travel coolers and chilling beverages.
The coffee could be improved with a more premium brand.

I think the "breakfast" could be better. If one is not down there early, shelves were empty. Restock a bit at 7:30?

Carpet seriously need to be cleaned. Took my shoes off for a shower and the carpet was sticky. Bed was low and had a big indentation where someone very large must've laid for a long time. Breakfast was a banana muffin or choc muffin, orange or a small yogurt

That it was dog friendly. That we were on the first floor.
The breakfast could have been much better. There was a surprise charge for my pet that was listed nowhere on the website and I even had my agent call and check on it. Then we were checking in, they charged us extra for the dog and said a lot of people complain about it because it isn't listed anywhere. I was hoping to be able to just pull up to my room and not have to walk into the lobby and down a hallway.

Very easy to get to and from Lake George area (only like a 10 min drive). Staff was friendly and the room was clean.
