Sleep Inn & Suites Queensbury - Lake George

The breakfast was plentiful, eggs, bacon, sausage, delicious coffee plus all the extras like waffle station, bagels, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal etc. The 2 woman that were refilling and cleaning up work very hard, were friendly and even assisted an elderly man by making his plate for him. Keep in mind although this breakfast is included in your stay, the servers should get an additional, well deserved tip. They were terrific! We had a problem with the pocket door in our room not closing all the way. The front desk 3-11 shift was Ciera who was an absolute delight!!!! Ciera was friendly, accommodating and even came up to the room Saturday night to look at it herself as they didn’t have a maintenance worker on at the time. She brought a fold out bed up for my son who was staying for the night in place of my boyfriend. She went above and beyond. They have a wonderful staff!

My son left his glasses on the bed and I left my book so housekeeping left us a note that they couldn’t make up our bed because personal items were left on it.

Staff is great , all friendly , very accommodating . Room was clean , bathrooms are nice , jacuzzi was relaxing !! When we discovered a issue with one of the beds , Nicki I believe it was at the front desk made the situation completely painless !! We were in another suite within minutes !!! Kids loved the pool , all around great stay !!

I guess if I have to complain about anything , and I guess I don't really have to , lol the mattresses are very firm , that is the only issue I had , by the second night , my back was definitely feeling the mediocre mattresses...

I love how pleasant the crew was. Very nice and friendly and welcoming. I like how spacious the rooms are. Across the street from walmart was a great plus to the location as well as being only a few minutes away from the beautiful view of lake george itself.

Our whirlpool bath wasnt working and took several minutes of repeatedly pushing and holding the button to try to get the jets to turn on. Around the whirlpool seal there were spots of mold starting to grow. The ceiling was cracked and chipping away. Needed to be maintained and serviced.

Location, for sure. The Hotel manager was awesome and helped us out when our car battery died all of the sudden! On a Sunday ! A big thank you for your kindness really. Beds were comfortable, not noisy, good breakfast. I would suggest adding a love seat/small couch to the double rooms.

- Bleach smell was strong on the main floor due to the indoor pool. - Pillows were too soft

Excellent price, great location, breakfast staff Heather was amazing!! Made you feel right at home.

Not necessarily dislikes, but suggestions. Adding a few more waffle irons would be helpful for families, could be due to staffing issues but seemed to always be low on pool towels. A little dated but that's just cosmetic

Rooms was cleaned every day and towels replaced. Breakfast was fresh and the staff were very friendly. Hotel was well situated for access to local area restaurants and the Great Escape park.

More availability of fresh coffee during the day outside of breakfast hours.

Excellent staff. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. Everything was super clean. Very nice pool and fitness room. Comfortable desk chairs.

The lighting in the room and bathroom could be improved. Not many selections for breakfast, but apparently there was a problem with suppliers not delivering items.

What I didn't like was that the cleaning staff entered my room very early at 9 in the morning and the check-out time is at 11. The second thing is that the water in the pool is very cold. I would have liked it to be a little warmer. that the children could enjoy it more

Only thing the carpet has a little smells on it but overall my stay was really wonderful this is my second time there not too far from Canada street so yes I had a great time there.

The room was beautiful, breakfast was delicious. Heather was very welcoming and smiled every second. The staff out front was very helpful

The pillows were very uncomfortable... Very lumpy and small. A lot of foot traffic in the halls
