Rebecca was a lovely hostess and happily shared her home's history, which we loved. We appreciate the effort to keep the home's 1850 charm. She was also helpful with recommendations for restaurants and activities in town. Our room was pretty and clean and very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer and made use of the hot tub-we just ran out of time.

The continental breakfast was very nice and included fresh baked goods. I wouldn't call it a negative. I do prefer a hot breakfast while staying at B&B's. It was the only thing that gave me pause when booking, but there were no surprises. It was exactly as described and met every expectation.

It was a continental breakfast but there was lots of choice available on a self-service basis. Cold and hot cereal, yogurt, variety of breads for toast, coffee, variety of teas, juice, milk and fresh fruit. The kitchen is part of a common room which was comfortable well appointed. They have a hot tub outside which was a lovely thing to take advantage of.

Our room was small so not a lot of room to move around but the common room was just outside our bedroom so very easy to relax, read and have a snack.

Can’t find any faults - the stay was excellent.

The owners were in contact with us the whole time. We were greeted as we drove up. Given a tour and made comfortable. The inn was so clean and welcoming. It was located in the perfect spot. We enjoyed our night in town and breakfast at the inn the next morning. Such a great experience. It was the most relaxed I have been since last March ( plus the beautiful claw foot tub made my day!) So glad we found you! We will be back

Loved everything

Prime location with a well stocked kitchenette and comforting ambiance. We had a great view of the stars from the hot tub.

Room was very pretty, lovely bathroom with claw footed tub. Clean and cozy. Centrally located.

A bit of noise from traffic, but nothing overly concerning.

We were in the area for our son’s graduation from Stonybrook. This is one of the best Inns we have stayed in. It had a lot of character, was nicely appointed, was very clean and the inn keepers / owners could not have been more friendly and accommodating. It is walkable to quaint shops and restaurants in Port Jeff. It was convenient to Stonybrook campus. We enjoyed the hot tub! We would stay again without any reservation!

The breakfast was good. Basically it's self serve continental breakfast. The kitchen is open to so you can grab a snack at anytime. Rooms were comfortable with everything we needed for a quiet evening. Location was perfect as well, very close to everything.

I'm not going to lie, the bathroom was very small. But the house is very old as well so that's to be expected, but still not my favorite part.
