I stayed here last year and had a positive experience with the booking. This is what led me to book there this year. When you find a place you can depend on, you stick with that.

A couple of maintenance issues were communicated to the manager. He indicated he was aware of those issues. I was puzzled about why they had not been resolved. For example, a grab-bar in the tub area was disconnected at the bottom. This was discovered when I had to use the grab-bar and it swung away from the wall at the lower connection of the grab-bar. That could have been more of a problem for someone infirm and in need of a secure handhold if the person slipped in the tub.

Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The room was clean and smelled great. The staff at the desk were awesome and super helpful. The maids were spot on and were great. The room was kept immaculate.

It rained when I was going to work. I made it, but was drenched from head to toe.

Love the staff from front desk to cleaning crew. They excepted my dog Shiloh with open arms. I stayed at the hotel back in November with my dog, booked another stay 6 months later and they still remembered me and Shiloh. Thank you for your excellent service and radical hospitality.

Manager at check-in was friendly and helpful, she told us about discount at Buffalo Wild Wings if we showed them our room key. We asked about a nearby diner that we passed but she recommended another one about a mile away which had excellent food & service , so we went back there the next day for breakfast

The upholstery on the chair and footrest in room should be cleaned or replaced but everything else was clean.

Comfortable bed, soft towels. Liked that there was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. Good TV with plenty of channels. Didn't go to breakfast so can't speak to that.

All in all I'd stay there again.

The staff was wonderful. Professional and personable. The staff provided "guidance" of the area without our initiating a said question. Room assistance was provided without delay. Great group of folks!!! They made our stay worthwhile!

As an older building, creaks and groans from 2nd story rooms were noticeable. The water temperature to the shower wavered quite a bit.

Good location just off highway exit, lots of restaurants and stores nearby, firm mattress and good pillows, great adjustable shower head, clean room and place is pet friendly, parking lot was well lighted.

Carpet in hallway needs cleaning/replacement, like most hotels these days rooms are way overpriced!

no breakfast but close to where I needed to be. Clean rooms and pleasant staff.

we could hear the traffic on the local road but was able to mostly block it out with white noise.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfy..

Breakfast wasnt just out for you to eat you had to ask at counter. Which we also were not informed off.

I just love that you allowed pets, bed was super comfy, shower was great, nice and clean and you have a washer and dryer to wash my gross clothes after work!

Maybe a better breakfast but not a big deal
