Hotel MTK Mount Kisco

Everything was clean and lovely. I especially loved the bows on the toilet paper and tissue box. That was cute and made us feel welcome. it was truly a very comfortable room.

I thought the continental breakfast Booking advertised this hotel had would have been included in the not-cheap price of the room (more expensive than our recent stay at a hotel overlooking Niagara Falls). We were in the area to spend time with my disabled aunt and for the price we paid for the room, we would have appreciated a bagel or something small to get us started before heading out for the day. We chose to got without just on principle. It just seems like every company is looking to make extra money in every single way they can. Disappointing.

When we checked in, there was a question on the room price, which was about $40 more than what was guaranteed by Booking.com. Jessica and Nina, the two young women at the checkin counter, explained to me that the extra amount was merely a holding charge against any room damage, and that it would disappear at checkout if there were no issues. Which it did. And on top of that, the price was even a few dollars less than the Booking.com price! We were completely satisfied with the room, the hotel and the breakfast service. The room was very clean, and the appointments in the room were new. The hotel itself is centrally located just a short drive to Mount Kisco downtown. If we are ever in the area again I would not hesitate to stay there.

Honestly, nothing comes to my mind.

We arrived very late after outpatient surgery at the local hospital. I had called ahead for food as the restaurant was closing and the manager and another staff person were so helpful... after such a long day we were extremely grateful. I loved the secluded quiet location also.

The length of the hallway. Literally, after a full day at the hospital, the hallway felt like the length of a football field. I would suggest a golf cart perhaps? Solved the problem in the morning by leaving from an exit close to the room, rather than the lobby, and close to where I moved the car.

- As it was the only hotel in the area, it’s very pricey, in my opinion. I’m not spending 250$ per night even in Miami.

I was totally thrilled with the care and service 👏👏 My husband had emergency surgery! I was beside myself with worry🤦‍♀️ I am 74 and handicapped Ryan, Sean and Marianne. Checked on me, inquired about my husband and checked on me when I entered and exited the building ❤️ Ed in the restaurant was amazing!!! He checked on me and made suggestions from the menu when I only ordered wine🤣

Location was great-easy on/easy off; overall cleanliness was very good. Bed was very comfortable and bedding looked very fresh and clean. Breakfast not available due to pandemic. Was great that coffee maker with all the fixings was in the room-makes a difference! Nice to know that there is a fridge there-decent size, but we didn't need it.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. I did see what I assume was the remains of soap or tooth paste around the faucets-maybe it was from the cleaner that was used, but I don't think so as there was dust in between the faucets. Also, there were a few stray hairs around in bathroom. I know that can happen no matter how much an effort is made, but important for housekeeping to check the tub/shower walls. Not sure about the masks question as my husband checked us in; he thought we got a letter with some info about masks, but we don't know if they were available to travelers staying there. Left that question blank.

very comfortable for a short stay

not much around it - its in an area of car dealerships. have to travel 10 mins by car to find food although there is a bar/cafe in the hotel (we didn’t try it). coffee in the lobby would be good as breakfast didn’t start until 7am on the weekend.

It was a clean and spacious room. I enjoyed the look and feel of the hotel lobby and hallways.

The location was a bit far but that's ok. The only thing I really want them to fix is adding the streaming services like Netflix, HULU, Prime, Disney and HBO MAX to their smart televisions

Helpful staff. Convenient bar/restaurant on grounds. Friendly bartenders. Good food. Comfortable room. Plenty of parking. Pool on grounds

Housekeeping needs to care for the room more. They never came my whole stay. I understand Covid issues but it should be up to the guest if they are ok with it or not. I had to put towels and trash outside the door.

It’s very convenient to have breakfast within the hotel. It was very tasty and wait staff is lovely.

This isn’t so much the hotel’s fault, but guests are very noisy in the hallways.
