The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting at the bar, getting a snack, and talking with the bartender and other guests. She was very friendly and informative.

The light from the desk lamp was dim. The sign directions from our room to the bar/restaurant took us a very long way. Later, we learned we could have more easily returned to the lobby and walked outside a short distance to the bar. It was only a problem for us because my husband has trouble walking.

the Pool was ok and the bathroom door was not easy to open or close :) I paid for the breakfast before the arrival and should have been included in the bill but I was charged extra.That’s ok,overall I have stayed many Hilton hotels this one was actually not that good.It’s only good for one night stay.The best thing about the hotel was close to nice restaurants and shopping centers.By the way the restaurant at the hotel was run by one person and afte we ordered food for our kids and for me and my wife the waiter came after half hour and she said they didn’t have the meal we asked for they ran out of some macaroni and cheese :) and we had to go to Chilis restaurant next door.We were so disappointed.I think that day we were not lucky :)

Buffet was fine. No wait, enough choices. Very clean. Hotel location was good; parking was easy to access.

I did not see the waffle maker the first day and ended up getting the French Toast, which said it was on Challah Bread - it was not. I should have been told or Zi should not have been charged. I left a $5 tip because I suspect staff are underpaid. It was annoying to see a tip added on the final bill. Again, I should have been told. The room was clean but showed wear and tear. The office chair had rips/missing fabric. The wall paper was peeling away from the wall. The lighting was poor and the AC unit was loud. I have stayed in many different Hilton family hotels and expect more for over $200/night. I doubt I will stay at a Double Tree again.

Pool, ok fitness center, nice staff, nice to have fridge/microwave, nice restaurants and grocery store nearby

Was a lower/subground room, felt rather dark, room a bit rundown feeling, noise from others in the hallway, breakfast wasn't good value

This hotel offers high standard services. My room was spacious, as same as bathroom, and very clean. Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast but offering quite wide variety of food. Hotel is situated nearby the main road but it doesn't bother as rooms are quiet. There is a big parking lot at the hotel, so no issue with finding free and safe spot to leave your car at.

All was really great. Just keep up with current standard.

Room was clean and space was as expected.

Rooms seem a bit outdated. No USB ports, etc. Pavers between building and parking lot were raised or missing in many spots, you had to be careful not to twist an ankle. Also the tree over the paver area needs to be trimmed. You were slouching over to avoid branches with eyes to the ground to keep from falling.

That I made the reservation far in advance, but we got a room in not the best location. First room on the first floor. Even though it was written in the room kwy information, I feel the front desk should have mentioned that you have to request cleaning. I didn't read everything, and was surprised when the room wasn't cleaned.

i loved the pool and how beautiful the room is

the bed and pillows where super uncomfortable. the blankets where too thin. felt like I was sleeping with nothing covering me. the bathroom door doesn’t lock. several lights/plugs in the room where out of order. they are not strict on quiet hours. we where woken up several times between 12:30am-3am by loud groups of people hanging out in the parking lot right in front of our room window, despite being on the second floor.
