I did not go down for breakfast, because the person at the front desk told me that the breakfast is not free and I have to pay for it. It seems like they sell what they don't have. Before I booked the reservation I read everything, but when I got there they told me different things.

Just tell the truth, there is no free breakfast don't say breakfast is free it is a lie. Try to change that.

the only thing I didn’t like was I was promised to be emailed a receipt for my stay and still haven’t received one!!! I need a receipt for my expenses for the company I work for!!!! makes the second time I have been done this way!!!! Looks like I’m going to have to go to Holiday Inn they have no problem getting me a receipt!!!!

When I made my reservation, it said breakfast included, and when I went to have breakfast it turned out that it was just a coffee, I really didn't like that since my reservation said that it included breakfast, it didn't say coffee included. The truth is that I thought it was wrong 👎

The location was very convenient for me to travel to and from work. The area has drive to or walk to shopping for my convenience. Unfortunately I was unable to have breakfast due to time, but I am sure it's great.

No comments this Time. There was not anything I did not like on my last stay. My stay is usually for a short time anyway I hope to stay longer in the future. However these questions are very important for customers.

The representative at Booking.com was very professional and help me modify my stay given I had an emergency and became ill. I strongly recommend Booking.com

The staff at the actual hotel was alright but not nearly as helpful as Booking.com

The beds were extremely comfortable. I had my own coffee machine and the shampoo in the bathroom smelled good.

When I first entered nobody was behind the desk. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get somebody. I also feel like check out time is pretty early.
