Element Spring Valley

The place is still kinda new. The Studio King room is super clean, including the kitchen amenities, as well as the bathroom, which comes with a body wash and shampoo and conditioner. The bed is very comfortable, and we love the blackout blinds. We also love the little lounge area, and the mini pool and outdoor area. The location is very close to a lot of places. There are plenty of options for food, entertainment and shopping around the area. Target is literally next door, you can walk to Target in 2-3 minutes! (This can be dangerous for your wallet lol)

The breakfast could offer a slightly bit more variety when it comes to the meat options, they only have turkey sausage, but satisfactory nonetheless. The lady who makes the omelettes is wonderful. The person at the front desk accidentally charged me again for the entire stay even though I already paid through Booking.com, so I'm waiting to get my money back from that. Hopefully there are no issues on that end. The rooms are not fully soundproof from other hotel guests, but you won't hear any car noises despite being so close to the highway. They could use firmer pillows.

The hotel is in a location near both my children. The staff could not be more helpful any you need they take care of right away. I had to extend my stay due to small medical problem , the general manager Chirag Tailor was most helpful with the arrangements. He was able to keep us in the same room which really helped. This is a very nice hotel with a great staff. My wife and I will be staying here again in the future.

We have been traveling for over 20 years, This motel was the BEST MOTEL we have been in for a very long time. The staff is outstanding and the room is a FIVE STAR . We will be telling our friends about ELEMENT by WESTEN for a long time.

Nothing at all. Wish you had more motels in NEW ENGLAND. LOBBY- MANAGER- BREAKFAST AND STAFF- ROOM SIZE- ALL ROOM UTILITES (stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishes)- BATHROOM (size, sink- shower, towels, etc) EVERYTHING

Hotel was updated, neat and very clean. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. A chef was on location and cooked eggs, omelet, avacodo toast, sausage patty’s at your request. There was also cereals, bagels, baked goods and assorted coffees. Very nice!

Customer service as they kept my drivers license and I had to take a taxi to come and get it after my stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the space of the room. I had a one bedroom that included a kitchenette. Very nice layout. The hotel is close to many eateries.

Amazing facility- large modern room with complete kitchen, office, sitting area in a beautiful room, great common facilities (indoor and out). Breakfast was a clever, safe selection of breakfast items because of the Covid restrictions. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful

It was a little difficult to locate once off the highway since the facility was hidden behind a shopping center and the intersections were confusing.

when I checked in the man at the front counter was laughing to my face. not sure if I said something, he heard a joke earlier or my face is funny… either way it’s extremely unprofessional.

Everything was excellent. The gym had really expensive equipment. The room was large and we'll equiped. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was modest but ok.

Spotless. Pleasant. My family and I were greeted and the front desk went above and beyond with assisting us. They were knowledgeable and pleasant.
