This was our second staying in this hotel. I have to say that this is the only good option while visiting Nyack, which is only a 10/15 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is relatively new, peaceful, and very clean with a functional kitchen with all the amenities and everything is how you see in the pictures.

The breakfast could be better with some healthier options such as good plant based mild and low carb low/no sugar options. our first experience with the breakfast was better than the second one. The price is a little bit high.

Breakfast was good. Location of hotel was nearby to many places. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. I liked that the hotel had a fitness room and a pool. The pool area and water was nice, maybe more heat and warmer water temps...it was a little chilly to go in. The lobby and its seating area was peaceful and comfy, nicely furnished too.

I didnt like the constant smell of marijuana. It was so bad coming from the hallway that i put a towel along the bottom of the door. All places in a hotel should be smoke free from all kinds if cigarettes. In the morning there wasn't enough hot water for one to take a shower.

The place is still kinda new. The Studio King room is super clean, including the kitchen amenities, as well as the bathroom, which comes with a body wash and shampoo and conditioner. The bed is very comfortable, and we love the blackout blinds. We also love the little lounge area, and the mini pool and outdoor area. The location is very close to a lot of places. There are plenty of options for food, entertainment and shopping around the area. Target is literally next door, you can walk to Target in 2-3 minutes! (This can be dangerous for your wallet lol)

The breakfast could offer a slightly bit more variety when it comes to the meat options, they only have turkey sausage, but satisfactory nonetheless. The lady who makes the omelettes is wonderful. The person at the front desk accidentally charged me again for the entire stay even though I already paid through Booking.com, so I'm waiting to get my money back from that. Hopefully there are no issues on that end. The rooms are not fully soundproof from other hotel guests, but you won't hear any car noises despite being so close to the highway. They could use firmer pillows.

•Didn’t like the fact that the pool closed early, was there for one night and by the time I checked in it was closed. •For me personally, I think check out time can be adjusted. I just was not ready because that’s the time I normally get out of bed and I had to rush and get ready to hand over the keys 😭

The place is great.

Had to pay for a new booking as the card I used when checking in was the wrong card (I didn't transfer the money to the card properly) as a result I paid 200 in cash and my card was also charged because they had to alter the booking.

I travel to the Monsey area a lot and this is by far my favorite hotel. It is always bright, clean, and comfortable. Staff is friendly, it is located right off the highway, and right next to a Target if I forget anything!

We have been traveling for over 20 years, This motel was the BEST MOTEL we have been in for a very long time. The staff is outstanding and the room is a FIVE STAR . We will be telling our friends about ELEMENT by WESTEN for a long time.

Nothing at all. Wish you had more motels in NEW ENGLAND. LOBBY- MANAGER- BREAKFAST AND STAFF- ROOM SIZE- ALL ROOM UTILITES (stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishes)- BATHROOM (size, sink- shower, towels, etc) EVERYTHING

The hotel is in a location near both my children. The staff could not be more helpful any you need they take care of right away. I had to extend my stay due to small medical problem , the general manager Chirag Tailor was most helpful with the arrangements. He was able to keep us in the same room which really helped. This is a very nice hotel with a great staff. My wife and I will be staying here again in the future.

Accessibility goes first, then cleanliness and comfort. Everything was good, thank you! The Kohl showerhead is the best.

Some weird guests were loud in the corridor at 1am.

Hotel was updated, neat and very clean. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. A chef was on location and cooked eggs, omelet, avacodo toast, sausage patty’s at your request. There was also cereals, bagels, baked goods and assorted coffees. Very nice!
