As always, the staff is great. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. It is a comfortable facility.

The only downside of this visit was getting moved to the 3rd floor. They are doing some unannounced renovation on the first floor. Since I have some mobility issues, the 3rd floor is not a good place for me as having to walk down 3 flights of stairs in an emergency is not safe. I am usually given a first floor room. Which I much appreciate.

The hotel was surprisingly good (given the score that we saw on booking). The staff was great and helpful, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was also very good and spacious. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

We had breakfast included with our rooms (2 rooms). We weren’t aware that the number of breakfasts didn’t match the number of guests (4 breakfasts (2 per room) for 5 guests). It’s not a buffet.

ForThe great staff is what make this a special place. It is convenient to the things we need. The Fire and Oak restaurant is outstanding - we always look forward to coming back.

I wish there was a better selection of channels on the TV. On a personal side I would like the bed to be a bit lower and the toilet to be a bit higher. Also would like more lighting in the room.

Breakfast was acceptable ,beds were hard and tough on bad backs in my opinion.

See above regarding beds. Would’ve like more room cleaning service we could have asked for it. Fresh towels would have helped at minimum.

Very disappointing that I had to buy breakfast at this property even charged for coffee which is just nickel and diming people. Plus where my room was located there was a very loud hum from the room below that kept me from sleeping all night I will not be returning to this property.

Finding out, only when getting the online bill, that there was a parking charge for our car. This charge was never cited anywhere in the hotel's communications.

I liked the couch in the room. The bed was very comfortable.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. When I checked in they did not tell me about breakfast or the facilities.

It was perfectly located for our trip south. The restaurant on premises was good and made getting dinner after a long drive.

Doors from outside did not lock. Area above lights in bathroom were very dirty. Bed made loud noises when we moved in certain areas
