Breakfast was good. However a family of inconsiderate people helped themselves to all of the cereal tubs and various other items. These items were not replenished and we had to go without. I assume they were not replenished because the family would have taken them as well, knowing that they would not be stopped because the items are free.

The fact that they were allowed to get away with it. Even if they had hung around the other customers could have been given what they wanted from the kitchen where public are not allowed access.

The hotel was having major renovations. We walked to the neighboring Hilton for breakfast, which was excellent.

Although 2 rooms were booked through Booking.com, only one initially appeared on the hotel's computer system. It took two very helpful people at the Hampton Inn Nanuet, Cynthia and Claudia, to get that mess straightened out. They were great.

It was a sad trip for me and my family, so i really did not pay too much attention to detail. We did have breakfast which was good. The room was clean.

Room phone did not work, breakfast could have been a bit warmer. The toaster only worked on one side.

It was very good, we were traveling the remainder of the day and needed a simple light breakfast and that's what we got. We could have eaten a lot more if we wanted to. The person taking care of dining room was excellent.

The beds are very comfortable and the room is very spacious. The location is in a perfect spot which includes walking distance to Chuck e. Cheese and dunkin donuts. There is always plenty of parking and the front desk staff are very courteous. Its in a quiet location and within driving distance of many shops and restaurants. Target is literally like 5 minutes away by car.

My kids decided to take off their socks and shoes and run around for a bit. When it was time for them to go to bed I noticed that their feet were black so the rugs aren't properly cleaned. One of the rooms had a leaking faucet in the tub and the a.c. would constantly make noise which kept waking me up throughout the night.

Hard to exit parking lot. They didn’t have any half and half for coffee during my stay. Breakfast items were limited. The front are outside could be cleaned.

The hotel was excelent the stay the food ,staff,pool everything about the hotel and mrs.lan excelent with helping at the eating area she was always smiling and frendly excelent place and staffs thanks so much for the stay at hampton inn Nanuet ny.

The shower pressure was very low. The property has acknowledged the issue and said they will rectify it and apologized for the inconvenience.

Sign-in was very easy. All staff we dealt with were courteous and friendly. The breakfast was very nice.

Actually everything was very nice. We had a good experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine and free breakfast was good. Checked in late and no one was at the front but we got in and the accommodations were nice.
