The location was good for our purposes. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were good, but we thought we needed to lay a towel down on the shower because the floor surface was somewhat slippery.

Breakfast was a confusing issue for us. We stayed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, and we thought a free breakfast was included, but we were told that we had to pay for us. Saturday morning we went elsewhere. Sunday I chose to eat at the hotel, but my wife decided not to try it. I still thought you had to pay for the meal, but a guest said it was included in our motel bill. Eventually, I did not have to shell out more money, but my wife didn't have the opportunity. We knew that no breakfast was available on Monday morning. The pool was not open due to renovations.

This place has just been refurbished and probably remodeled. Everything is new and fresh!! No musty carpet odors, all new everything. The beds are super comfortable. The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful! The TV is set up to allow casting from your cell phone. I just can't say enough good things about this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside but just enter the building and you will be amazed!

The only thing I would complain about is that although I chose this place originally because it had a restaurant, when I arrived on Sunday evening (about 6:45pm) the restaurant was closed. I ordered food from Uber Eats.

the location was excellent especially when you only traveled by bus and have no car or transportation and the breakfast was awesome plenty of it was always available a little too high for me but trying to just afford living

well I guess I would have expected a coupon for off something being is this would be nice and I have to live here at the time now so any kind of discount off breakfast or dinner would be an amazing thing for your business I believe people would eat here more often spend more money

it was very good very very good a little high on price but being as you can go back and eat as much as you want price okay food delicious

the phones could have been working in the rooms and I sort of thought I should get a discount I've been staying here for 3 weeks now that's all expect things to come in on my email to help pay this is going to be my permanent residence for at least 5 months so would appreciate any discounts possible breakfast discounts dinner discounts would be awesome

This facility has been totally renovated, and is well-kept and very comfortable. The room was clean, well appointed, and the bed was super comfortable.

There is no free breakfast offered, although there is free coffee and hot water for tea available 24 hours a day. The price of the breakfast for purchase is $12.98, which I feel is very unreasonable. I could go to a ocal breakfast place, IHOP or Perkins, and pay less. That was a huge disappointment.

We did not eat in the on-site restaurant, but did appreciate the coffee station in the lobby and the "shop" area where we could buy cold drinks and snacks. Also appreciated that pets were welcome.

Our room was clean upon arrival on Friday, but we were expecting the room to be cleaned (beds re-made, garbage emptied, etc.) after our first night. When we returned from a day of sightseeing on Saturday, we found that housekeeping had not been in the room at all. Also, there were three adults staying in the room, but only two bath towels, so we had to request an extra.

they offered us breakfast tickets and it looked good, but we had other breakfast obligations. did grab a coffee and appreciated that. even with fully booked hotel, our rooms were cleaned after first night, without our asking, plenty of parking. one night the power went out, many people came to lobby, then it was almost magical. drinks, birthdays, a kind of subdued party. power came back on in a few hours.

wish the windows in room would have opened. a/c would come on and off but became sort of stuffy overnight.

The breakfast was good. It is ordered and prepared from a menu. Not a buffet style. I believe one of the workers was late or didn’t show up so there was only 1 person taking orders and cooking the food. She was frazzled. Here was a 15 to 20 minute wait for each order, we were the second ones there so our wait was 15 minutes, the next couples was 25. It was hot and perfect when it arrived.

Housekeeping was only provided upon request and not done each day. I was not offended by this but I was surprised.

The room was nice, very clean and fresh smelling when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a quiet room on the upper floor and we were given what we asked for.

The bathroom was very small, but nice and clean. We found it difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower, it suddenly got very hot at times. We were rather disappointed with the breakfast, which was included in the price of our room. Otherwise the charge was $12.99 I think, which would be a very high price to pay for what was offered.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming! The room was perfectly clean and tidy. The entire building was extremely clean! I would stay here again.

The water in the shower fluctuated throughout your time in the shower. It would get very cold, warm back up, and then be very hot for several seconds. Hot enough you had to step out of the waters way.
