I HAVE TO BE HONEST, I DIDN'T EXPECT MUCH, BUT I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED ! THE BUILDING IS CLEAN,, MEANING THE BUILDING ! THE HALLS, THE STAIRS THE GYM, THE POOL AND THE DINNING AREA ! AND THE ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE AND ALSO VERY CLEAN ! THERE WASN'T ANY DUST ON ANYTHING, THE RUGS WERE CLEAN, THE BATHROOM WAS GREAT, THE BED CLAN AND COMFORTABLE ! AND THE STAFF AT CHECK IN AND JAISON DURING THE NEXT DAY AND CHECK-OUT, AWESOME ! VERY ACCOMODATING, PLEASANT, PERSONABLE DECENT PEOPLE ! EVEN THE CLEANING STAFF WAS GREAT ! I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM STAYING HERE AGAIN !!

Breakfast was eh, but nice to have something to eat before heading out. The manager definitely seemed service oriented.

I had a reservation and added a day on later. Originally I did this thru Booking.com but added directly through IGH reservations and they confirmed noted we’d keep the same room. I called to confirm and confirmed again when I checked in but sure enough the key card was deactivated at the original check out, room door was left unlocked with our stuff in the room and I had to get it taken care of at the front desk anyway.

the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the facility was clean, the curtains made it completely dark which was wonderful. the TV was large and I could connect my phone to it!

the pool was freezing, the room it was in and the water. I have stayed at many hotels and the pool is not freezing. there also was only creamer and 2% milk. more options would have been better for coffee and cereal for people with allergies.

I got a good price on this room, and it was very comfortable. Facility looks new and is cleaned and well maintained. Nice also to get a jacuzzi for what I paid.

Breakfast did not include meat. There was a cover for a chafing dish where the sausage or bacon logically would be. The decor actually had pictures of bacon and sausage. When I spoke to the front desk clerk, he showed minimal concern and walked over and showed me sausage gravy, as if that were an acceptable protein. When I pointed out it was gravy he kind of shrugged and walked away. I found this very disappointing. This seemed like an excellent hotel, but I wound up checking out hungry.

Room very clean and breakfast was very nice!!!

I don't like location of pool/ need more privacy. Never stayed at a hotel where pool could be on full display of everyone entering lobby. You need some frosted privacy glass, potted plants in front. Second, extremely noisy from Room 301, all cars entering the hotel ; one idled outside for 30 minutes, disturbs sleep. Third, the first room 303 had a huge area of wet rug near the air conditioning unit which tells me that whomever checked room wasnt careful. This necessitated us changing rooms after we had unpacked all our stuff AND we were traveling with a baby.

Cleanliness, friendly staff and good options. Pancake maker was so cool!

Supposed “Dove” shampoo, body wash and conditioner was just a generic fill, but labeled a “Dove”product. I would rather they have just given a cheap option and honesty rather than faking a companies product. Sorry, I BIG on my Dove and I KNOW their products. Literally the only downfall…

Easy check in and check out

Elevator wasn't working consistently and we were on the 4th floor. Price was raised considerably because it was graduation weekend. Room/Hotel was not worth the price. I booked through Booking.com so they didn't allow me to earn IHG points. Booking.com was cheaper so I'm wondering why I even need to be part of this program if it's never going to save me money.

This hotel was super clean and well lit (we arrived late after a nightmare at a different hotel). I felt like we'd arrived in heaven when we walked in. Beautiful, welcoming lobby. I sincerely wish I had paid more attention to the names of the front desk attendant and the on-staff manager (or had a better memory). These two were top-notch in every way. Nice selection of food, snacks/drinks and other needs in the lobby marketplace. Our room was beautiful and exceptionally clean and maintained. The shower (as with all Holiday Inns I've stayed at) was amazing, and this one even had extra sprayers in the wall. The indoor pool and spa area were clean and relaxing. Plenty of parking and in a great location. We were able to walk to local shopping and food. THE BREAKFAST... What a selection and it was all delicious and served till 10! A+ on this one! So glad we stayed here, and will likely stay again next time we're in the area.

Lots of noise from the busy street all hours of the night, despite being set back from it. Just a location thing. Not much the hotel can do about that.

The breakfast was good, the location is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and maintained. My hotel door room stuck a little and had to be forced closed. Also there was some large pieces of broken glass in one of the parking spots in the lot that was there before I arrived and still there after I left. I spoke to a staff member and he was aware of it.

the only reason you didn’t get the highest rating was because the elevator wasn’t working half the time. my sister was traveling with me and she doesn’t do stairs well and we were on the 4th floor. it was hard on her.
