I did not partake in the free breakfast. The facility was extremely clean and comfortable. It was my third stay. I would stay again.

Lots of road noise from Route 9. Some of the front desk staff did not say anything…hello, good morning, anything…

Best breakfast I've had at this kind of hotel in a long time. Staff was also super nice. Overall a very positive experience.

The rooms have one of those boxes on the wall that doesn't provide power to the room unless there's a room key in it. I've never seen that in the US before, but it is common overseas and feels very cheap. Fortunately, with two room keys and one person, it doesn't matter. The shower's water pressure and temperature were wildly inconsistent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were all imprisoned on the shower wall instead of free to roam.

We absolutely loved the room and the amazing staff! Daveon and Britney, who helped check us in when we got there, were so accommodating and helpful! Samantha, who helped us check out in the morning, was warm and helped us all feel so welcomed!

We were so disappointed about the pool being closed, though! It put a fairly big damper on the stay for my child, who was so looking forward to a swim. We are definitely planning on coming back, but we may wait until the pool is fixed because that's a huge draw for us. That's why it's a 9 and not a 10. Once that pool gets fixed, I'm happy to change the rating to a 10/10!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was quite comfortable, too. I actually extended my stay, because it was a good home base for exploring the area, central to the Hudson Valley Region. The room was well laid out and functional, so I had a place to sit and relax, a good computer desk, and the sleeping area slightly divided from the rest.

The smoke detector in the room had a bright green flashing light on it that lit up the entire room all night! It didn't keep me awake once I got used to it, but it would have helped if the partition between the bed area and the sitting area was longer, to block the light from flashing in my eyes. Also, there were pipes banging in the walls whenever someone upstairs took a hot shower (I think that's what was going on, I could hear water flowing behind the wall, too.) Not very soundproof, I could hear people walking around in the room above me and the voices of people in the room next to me.

This hotel had the best shower of any place I've every stayed. Wonderful control, flow and pressure, ease of use. Great towels (two different kinds!) and plenty of them. Room darkening shades for privacy. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of desk space for computer & accessories. The breakfast was terrific--corned beef hash, fresh hot scrambled eggs, potatoes, etc. and the coffee was very good. One TV with the sound turned off (thank you!). Everything very clean.

The hotel is a good jumping off point to visit places in New York's Hudson Valley. For those with a car, there are many restaurants and stores for shopping in the general vicinity. The room has a mini refrigerator (very convenient for storing beverages during hot weather) and there are ice and vending machines on some floors. An indoor pool and fitness room are also available. The bathroom has some basic toiletries. Breakfast is bountiful, and coffee and a water cooler are available in the lobby throughout the day. There are carts available to take luggage to/from your room.

Arriving before the 3pm check-in time may incur an additional fee, or you have the option of joining the Hilton rewards program at no charge. The fitness room has to be opened by a front desk attendant (rather than with your electronic room key) for security reasons, I was told.

It was welcoming and clean. There wasn’t much dust in the room. That is always great for someone with allergies. There is another entrance, not just the main one. No full carpeting in my room which made me feel like the floors weren’t gross. Some hotels never clean the carpets. The shower had really strong water pressure and it was spacious. No stinky shower curtain but sliding glass doors.

Lack of allergens or nutritional information for the breakfast items available. I didn’t know what was safe to eat. There were not many options to just be safe. Level above is really loud. I think it was just small kids running around though.

Absolutely a treat to be in for a spontaneous overnight & to see the Giants play & win at home on a local channel!! Also, I want to recreate the sleek bathroom at my house - cool-ass minimalist design & comfort all around.

The mattress was a tad less than sleeping on a cloud & the remote was missing batteries. Pet peeve for ALL hotels, please make sure there's regular coffee in the room vs just decaf. I don't always travel with cold brew ☕🙏

Comfortable rooms, Large bathroom, Great amenities, Good Breakfast, Amazing Staff! This was my second stay in six months and several members of the staff were just as great as my first experience. I truly appreciate that even in the chaos that can happen in the hospitality business, this team is willing to put on a smile and do what they can to accommodate. Samantha (First Shift) and Antoine (Third Shift) remembered our first stay and again went above and beyond to ensure customers had an amazing stay.

It is pricey per night, but you pay for excellent service and accommodations. I was not too happy we received a call late at night from the Front Desk. Antoine did an excellent job in fielding my frustration and explained through there was a complaint in a nearby room and had to contact the surrounding area. I didn't think we were the problem, but the staff did what was necessary in an exemplary manner. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel, spotless and modern. The bathrooms were so clean, everything about the room and facilities were great. The employees were professional and personable.

I made the reservation the same day I stayed. When I arrived at checkin, I was told they had a blackout the night before from storms. They just had electricity restored 2 hours prior to check in. Magnetic door keys weren’t useable. An employee had to open your room. Wish I would have been notified prior to check- in. The AC was set and although it was cool. At night it hardly went on, and would get a little warm. I paid for a room with a view, and got to look into the parking lot. Room definitely wasn’t cheap. Would have liked to have some compensation.
