Clean close to airport

The lighting in the rooms need to be improved. You can hardly see in the bedroom. There needs to be a desk lamp and floor lamp.rest of lighting I’d good.

Very close to Laguardia Airport. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Bed was super comfortable.

Shuttle to the airport in the morning was a bit of a disaster. Was told Shuttle comes every half hour. Took the 7am Shuttle. There were about 15 people waiting for the shuttle, but when it arrived there was only room for 11, so 4 people had to quickly pivot and call an uber. Shuttle made two stops before my stop at terminal C. When myself and two other remaining passengers went to get our luggage from back of the Shuttle van, it turned out other passengers had taken two suitcases belonging to the other two remaining passengers. Watch out for your belongings! As we were driving I also noticed that there are sidewalks and a bridge, so walking from the hotel to terminal C would have been very easy. Keep this in mind if you encounter a full shuttle situation.

I was extremely impressed with the food at this hotel !! I ordered stuff that I would not typically order and I could not believe how delicious and fresh everything was , consistently . The beds were amazingly comfortable . The pillows need to be updated but overall I was very impressed with this hotel

The pillows need to be replaced , that is the only complaint I have

First, we were stranded at the LaGuardia Airport and needed an emergency stay. The hotel is conveniently located & literally walking distance to the airport. We booked this room around 4am after being at the airport nearly 20+ hours & 3pm was our check in. Stanley at the front desk was amazing. He noticed we were really tired & frustrated from our fiasco at the airport. He went above & beyond and helped us get an early check-in. Room was comfy and spacious. They have a amazing restaurant and bar on the property which was perfect because we had no vehicle to get around due to our situation. They also have a shuttle service to and from the airport which starts at 4:30am which was also a plus because we had a 6am flight.

Not enough lighting in the room.

Bed: it was very comfortable. Desk was next to the window so it was nice to work in the early morning hour with a shade slightly open. Airport: can't be closer than that to the airport. US OPEN SHUTTLE: Super convenient and never had to wait much for transportation to/from US OPEN which was our main event of the stay. Meals: We had meal vouchers curtesy of a hotel employee and had great breakfast.

Room: It was missing a chair the other room had so we didn't have any other place to sit other than our bed. For 2 adults and 1 teen, the around the sink in the bathroom was a little inconvenient (not enough counter space) to leave things.

aloft properties are consistent in terms of what you can expect for room size and set. enjoy the bathroom set up and and glass door walk in shower.

staff was not helpful. when we arrived there were no open parking spots and when I asked where I park it was shared with a simple quiet statement of any open spot. when I shared there weren’t any he repeated himself. I explained I read online and thought the hotel had provided parking for 30 dollars and he said if there were open spots. I asked where I should park and he said “on the road” luckily there was a very nice customer checking out who overheard this exchange and he offered my husband and I his spot.

Great location for La Guardia airport with regular free shuttle bus. It was very clean with good facilities, toiletries etc.

We booked on a bed and breakfast basis but on check in the manager questioned this and seemed reluctant to hand over the breakfast vouchers. When we went for breakfast in the morning we found out that the voucher was worth only $15 per person which barely covered the cost of breakfast. However, the food was very tasty and the waiter was friendly.

Okay... first off, I was probably a little grumpy upon our arrival. Spent the day traveling back to the states and took public transit from EWR to the closest subway in Queens to LGA. Our Uber dropped us off in the "front." The front is not the main entrance. take the driveway all the way down and to the "back" of the building closest to the freeway. There is a circular building on the property- that is NOT part of Aloft... keep on walking... No problems checking in. Room seemed a bit worn- carpet had seen better days. No ledge or soap dish in the shower. AC worked fine. Room was quiet. Location could not be better. Ate at the in-house bistro. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Got a drink from the bar- the bartender is a keeper! In the morning, we took airport shuttle to LGA. Driver was great.

Room was comfortable. We faced the road and not the airport, so it was not noisy. Had pizza delivered, there was also a food truck right outside we didn't try and there was a restaurant and bar in the lobby with extended hours. Shuttle ran on time. No issues there.

It's on a hill, so the front entrance is not where you check in, but you can ring the doorbell to get in late at night, and then take either elevator or escalator down to check in. No complaints.

Very modern and clean. Very comfortable king bed. Super close to the La Guardia airport. A touch expensive, but I chose it because it had a restaurant in the lobby and a shuttle to/from the airport. This place was ideal, because my booking was last minute and I hadn't expected to need to stay at an airport hotel, and therefore needed to be close to LGA, and needed to be able to order and eat a meal. (The restaurant was just OK. My meal was very overcooked, almost burnt chicken tenders).

I had to take a taxi from the hotel to JFK Airport to get a PCR test done. Whatever company that the girl at the front desk called, she must be getting a kick back. Something that cost $40 one way, charged me $85!!! I was in a rush so I wasn't going to fight it but she set me up to pay double and it isn't right.
