Liked the location, comfortable bed and great staff.

Issue with broken fan in hall ceiling...noise started around 4:30 am and didn't stop until almost 6:00am. No hot breakfast. Very limited airport shuttle times which were not convenient.

The room was very clean but the should develop a habit of replenishing and checking everything everyday they had no shower gel in the bathroom and the chicken pie in the fridge had gone bad to a point where you didn’t have to see it or taste it to know I informed front desk and they came and removed them. At that point I didn’t want to eat anything there

Room was clean and comfortable and updated. Breakfast was great. Location was very good with walking distance to subway and bus and stainway st is at walking distance and full of great and reasonable dining options. Free shuttle service is an added attraction. Only bad point we experienced was the Manager (african american) on Feb 17 morning who had no curtesy at all and had totally unwelcome attitude towards guest. We requested a room change from basement to upper level which other staff as well as supervisor happily agreed and were moving us but this manager came and stopped the process explaining (in contradiction to rest of his staff and supervisor) that no rooms are vacant, and he will try his best. It was so obvious that he meant 'shut up and leave'. We never got an upper level room in our 6 days stay :(

The room was very warm, spotlessly clean and there was always hot water. The bed was huge and super comfortable, just what we needed after a very tiring day. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Also the location was excellent, 10 minutes from the metro station.

The variety at breakfast was disappointing. Few things, sometimes there was no bread at all. Eggs were available twice a week. Also cheese and cold meats were not available. The biggest shock was that all this was served on paper and plastic plates and glasses, while on the planet there is a struggle to reduce the use of these. Despite this, the few things that existed were neat, warm and tasty. Also the hotel does not have good soundproofing at all.

everything was great except the room cleaning was not always the best yet it was good. staff always friendly and helpful. area is a bit shady at night but still safe. Breakfast was always delicious and staff made sure area was clean and food replenished. We stayed for a week and enjoyed how comfortable everything was. The subway is just 15-20 minute walk and there is a fire department and NYPD near the subway.

on our third and fourth day the rooms where not cleaned as the rest of the days and they kept forgetting to replenish coffee and provide tools for all four of us.

Rooms and hotel in general were clean. Breakfast Buffet was excellent and accommodating to dietary needs.

Had to pay $30 a night for parking. My room was closer to the breakfast lounge and became loud earlier in the morning if you prefer to sleep in a bit late.

The room was very clean & modern.

It was very difficult for my GPS to find the hotel because the confirmation I received from the hotel did not include SOUTH. After an hour of driving around I called the front desk & they advised me to include South in th address in my GPS. Also the parking expense specifically said $25 in the parking area outside however when I checked in the front desk, the clerk charged me $30 saying the sign needs to be changed. I told him I should only be charge $25 because that is what the sign says he said he doesn’t make the rules. ☹️

Staff was friendly, professional and accommodating. The lobby and common areas were very nice and clean. Our room was a nice size, was updated, clean, very quiet and the bed was VERY comfortable. It included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, large flat screen tv, a chair, ample drawer and storage space, along with desk and desk chair. A continental breakfast was included with the accommodations, including some hot breakfast sandwich choices, hard boiled eggs, cold cereals, oatmeal, waffles, etc., juices and coffee. The location was decent and near conveniences and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again for any future trips and would recommend it to others.

It offers free shuttle to LaGuardia airport, but there is no free transportation offered to the Amtrak Train Station. However, this seems reasonable due to distance.

The Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable

I had messaged the hotel prior to stay through booking.com application asking if there was a 5:00 to 5:30am shuttle available to LaGuardia. They messaged me back that my shuttle request could be accommodated. When I arrived, I was informed that the first shuttle of the day was at 6am and that they had no earlier shuttle available. That time was too late for my flight. Thank goodness I was able to get a Lyft within a couple of minutes. I just dislike being misled.
