We liked the room, the lighting, the cleanliness. It had everything we needed. The style was attractive. We especially liked the lady who cleaned our room. So friendly and attentive.

The breakfast choices were terrible. We ended up going down the street for breakfast each day. The food did not taste good and even the cold cereals were too sugary. A flavor like Cheerios would have been a better decision. The type of milk was not satisfying. There were not enough tv channels that were worth watching. That was disappointing at the end of the day.

The hotel has a magnificent view of the city of Albany during daytime and nighttime! the parking was easy. The breakfast options were good as a vegetarian, I could choose to eat oatmeal and the white egg omelet with vegetables, yogurt. For coffee, I appreciated the Almond milk for it. Even the coffee was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The renovation makes the decoration look up to date. Nice.

The bed that we slept in was good for me but not for my husband, it was making him roll out of place as if someone so heavy slept in it before and caused a "dent" on the bed.

Great room, very clean. Friendly reception staff. Almost all good. Beautiful view on Albany. Close to all types of restaurants. Holiday Inn becomes my favorite chain for my American road trips.

Had compassion with the lady in charge of breakfast. What is wrong in this country? This lady should enjoy her live, retirement and grandchildren. She tried to do her utmost best, but it's not acceptable to see this in a 'developed' country.

We often stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels because we know we will get consistent quality and comfort and this hotel was the same. The front desk was very accommodating for the senior travellers in our group which was much appreciated.

The breakfast was okay, nothing great. The rooms were noisy from other guests in rooms above us.

I had to wait at the desk to check out because the employee was talking to people over in the breakfast area. I got fussed at for ringing the bell twice. when no one came after a few minutes I rang it again in case it wasn’t heard. I didn’t need to be scolded.

Clean, all essentials available—hair dryer, tissues, enough hooks for wet towels and clothes, everything worked! Good location right off highway and plenty of eating options. Low traffic made it less stressful to find things. Great view of the city on top of a hill.

it was close to route 90 and easy to find from the highway. we liked the bird feeders outside the breakfast room. it was very calming to watch the birds coming and going outside.

our room backed on a secondary road which was quite busy and noisy. we will return to this hotel, but will ask for a room away from the noise.

I appreciate breakfast being available especially during the Covid restrictions. The lady working the breakfast was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed our bird conversation while waiting for my meal. She's is an asset to your facility! The bacon was real and delicious but eggs were a bit cold. As a restaurant owner I understand that the chafers are most times not scrambled egg friendly. lol Overall, I enjoyed it and I am really grateful for a free meal. Thank you kindly! Front desk girls excellent customer service! I wanted to do some rail trail walk/hike without hesitation they printed out several locations with directions. The Rail Trail was about 10 minutes from hotel by car. Very clean, nice paved walking / biking path. Entrance offers bike rentals w pay kiosk, sanitation stations for bikes and patrons & air with tire pump for bikes. The sunsets are AMAZING from the hotel over looking Albany skyline! Tipsy Moose Bar and the Recovery Sports Bar 5 -10 mins away from hotel. great food cold beer!

As a coffee drinker, I wish there would be a few extra condiments of creamers available in the rooms. My pet peeve everywhere I stay. I never think to ask for extra when checking in. My bad!

Honestly with the exception of the work that was being done everything was perfect

Just the noise and the mess was kind of hard to navigate but I was happy we were on the ground floor since my mom is 90 impulse of us have mobility issues

The staff were all amazing and very helpful. The continental breakfast was awesome, as there were gluten and dairy free options. The room was so clean and looked as though it had been freshly renovated!
