This was the most amazing place to stay for comfort in the staff was amazing. It was a cleanest one I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was great was a little upset. The bookings were supposed to make sure that I had a handicap accessible. I was on the second floor bathroom wasn’t having that handicap accessible but it worked and I made it through my week. Stay here I probably won’t lose bookings anymore because this is the second time I wasn’t given a handicap accessible but for the facility I was in they made my stay most pleasurable glad my grandkids to come over and go swimming all nine of Them, the food was amazing. The lady that worked in the dining area for breakfast was amazing. I can’t think of any bad thing to say about it it’s just the greatest experience ever except for not having handicap accessible but that’s not the facilities fault that’s bookings fault.

Little update needed but clean and comfortable. Very pleasant staff. Need a little update,but nothing major (like get rid of carpets) windows needed cleaning but overall good place to stop on route. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well. 24 hour coffee station, pool,gym and good breakfast with hot and cold options. We were very satisfied and felt price was fair and honest for what we got. 👍

You could tell the staff and ownership had changed recently. Signs tell you that they’re aware of the issues, and it is readily apparent how well they are doing to correct any past failures or inadequacies . They are going above and beyond to fix not only the facilities, but also the staff. The staff was SUPER friendly to me and my requests.

I think the breakfast is good but I think an extra $15.00 per person is a little more than what I would like to pay. Also replenishing bagels if they are gone so other customers have that as a bread choice. We did go to your bar this time and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the bartender was friendly as well as the patrons and singer.

Minor things such as not seeing someone's piece of hair in bathroom upon arrival . Some towels seemed aged and the unwiped spots on desk chair. $15.00 for breakfast could be less maybe $10 per person.

The price was a little higher than we wanted to pay for one night but the location near the thruway was great. Two things - the elevator was way around the back of the building but we weren’t told that, and there needed to be better signage pointing you to breakfast. The breakfast was very good!

The location was perfect for visiting an elderly relative in Delmar, NY.

The back stairways going to the outside were dirty & rug needed repair.

The staff was friendly and looked for a remedy for our situation with no luck. Thank you for trying!

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and unable to provide any type of deodorizing spray. Hotel was booked so no other rooms available. Mentioned the carpet would be cleaned the next day. Suggestion: have some type of spray available as others may be allergic the the smell of smoke like my family. We had to take medication to counter the allergic reaction.

I would have given this place a higher rating except our we did not see housekeeping in our room & we stayed 2 nights.. the morning of check out we received a knock on the door at 10:00 am.. funny as check out was at 11:00.. it would have been nice to have our beds made, rooms cleaned and trash taken out while we were out.. other than that it was a great stay.

No housekeeping at all in our room… that’s ridiculous as Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted..

I liked the front desk staff. He was very helpful. He helped us work through our booking problems.

There was a strange smell but it wasn’t too bad.

Breakfast was awsome

The room had spider webs hanging in the corner of the the room two with spiders in them. the chair was so dirty that we had to ask for extra towels to put on the chair so we could sit.
