The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel room, hallways, etc. were clean and I felt very comfortable! Location was great - in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and a short drive away to SPAC and the racetrack!

The only gripe I have is with the "card keys" that you need to get in the parking garage, entrances and rooms. When you waved them in front of the scanners, most of the time it did not work before you finally get a green light and it unlocked. If that gets fixed - then everything is great!!

We liked the scent of the atrium area when you walked in. It was very inviting. We asked the person at checkout if she knew what the scent was? She told me that she had our information and that if she found out she would let us know.

Everything was fine except we ran out of Kleenex in the room and the bathroom could have been cleaned better, as there was evidence of hair in the sink and on the floor, assuming that it came from the prior occupant. Sorry to convey that negative, but overall we had a good experience.

The staff at the location were exceptional. We traveled with our pups and they were welcomed with treats from the front desk staff. They were super accommodating, friendly and nice. The breakfast was good with a variety of food and it was well stocked. The cookies in the afternoon were delicious and a nice touch. There was also a beautiful smell in the air you could smell as you walked in the hotel. I am not sure what it was but it was a nice touch. I highly recommend staying at this downtown Saratoga Location.

Nothing, everything was great.

The location is amazing. Central to downtown, 5 minute walk to City Center and downtown, as well as numerous restaurants. Parking included in the room rate. Very clean and pleasant room, spacious bathroom with glass walk-in shower. Quiet. Pool and hot tub very nice and clean (hot tub could be a little hotter....99 degrees, should be at least 102). Breakfast was scrumptious, more generous than typical hotels. Just all around really liked this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This sounds picky but there was really only one elevator for all guests and all six floors. This led to back ups waiting for the elevator and waiting could be substantial with a full hotel such as this weekend for a large dance festival. Not sure why they designed it this way, seemed like they could have easily added another elevator in the other wing of the hotel.

The hotel manager is amazing. I will be staying for free for an upcoming date to accommodate your company cancelling my reservation. They shouldn’t have to do so. This should be on you.

You (booking.com) cancelled my reservation without notifying me. Your company is incompetent and all of your employees are moronic. They are all trained to read scripts and have no actual people skills. 90% of them aren’t even in the United States. I will never use your company again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know how horrible of a company you are.

The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The location is excellent-quiet, convenient and well lit right on the corner. There was a good variety of options for the breakfast.

Make sure you request a room refresh from housekeeping if you would like that. We didn't and we kept having to walk down to the front desk request simple but important items throughout our stay, including garbage bags, fresh towels and toilet paper. We tried to call first each time but never got an answer that way.

convenient, clean

concerned because I have had problems with rooms before: no hot water, no heat This past time I was truly concerned about booking here because people that had reservations never got to check in to their rooms. Apparently there was a shortage of staff and rooms were not ready and people were told they would not be ready for the night stay. I’m a bit concerned about booking here again only to find out I don’t actually have a room when I get to Saratoga Springs.

Comfortable and quiet. Loved the indoor pool and convenient location.

The jacuzzi was not monitored at all. Once we went in to the pool area and the alarm was sounding at the Jacuzzi and no one came. So eventually we turned it off. There was something wrong with the temperature monitor.

The staff went above and beyond! Property was immaculate. The furnishings appeared new and all very comfortable. The breakfast area was very spacious and well thought out. We have stayed at Three different Hamptons in the last three months and all have appeared much improved over the last two years.

The patio furniture could have been wiped down (I do realize it’s difficult to keep up with the birds!!).

Great location, spotless room, very comfortable beds, and overall nice hotel. Secure parking was added bonus. Afternoon cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.

Breakfast needs improvement & more selection. Pre-made cheese omelets were not the best.
