Luxury vinyl plank floors are ALWAYS BETTER than carpet. In my room, the floors felt a bit sticky until I ran a steam cleaner (my personal one) over it. The shower in my bathroom sprung a leak in the wall & rained down in the lobby, prompting maintenance to come by. The maintenance man was lovely and very polite. He apologized for any inconvenience, but the problem was fixed very quickly and with minimal mess. The entire staff was friendly and we wer able to get extra pillows which almost never happens on vacation. The room itself was HUGE. Apparently the corner rooms are the largest & I enjoyed not being all on top of my travel companions.

The floor in my mom's room felt off almost like they put the LVP directly over carpet. They do not have Roll-In Showers. They are advertised on various websites, but they are not available on the property. The hallway smelled like pot all but one day of our trip & the room had an awful melon scent when we checked in. Breakfast is a joke- coffee & muffins. There are several long-term tenants that were evicted during our stay left in the parking lot sobbing surrounded by their worldly possessions in grocery bags. Very sad. Definitely felt like a boarding house.

I thought that the staff was exceptionally responsive. I was visiting because of illness and death in the family; I was under a lot of stress. The excellent staff helped to calm my nerves and resolve the problem promptly. I was very impressed by their sensitivity, flexibility and professionalism.

The location Was close to everything you need Henrietta a suburb of Rochester is generally a lot safer then the inner city and isn’t far from the highway, the price was the third lowest in the area but it wasn’t a dump and I didn’t have to worry about bedbugs etc.

The only issue I had with the property is the faint smell of cigarettes in the room however I may have been located close to a smokers room wasn’t a deal breaker just something I wasn’t use to

I had a middle of the night check In after booking online. The woman working was pleasant and helpful! As well as other staff when I was at the front desk to extend my stay. All staff were courteous & professional(even the trainee, on her 1st day) One of the nicer (cleanliness/staff) extended stay locations I've stayed @ throughout Upstate/Western NY to Southern Pennsylvania

I needed to extend my stay & when I was at the front desk an employee refused to wear sneakers or provide a Dr note to management. She was argumentative & used explicit language repeatedly. While it was off putting the rest of the staff/management was apologetic & tried to quell the disgruntled employee as well as reprimand for that type of language with customers at the desk.

The manager and staff were attentive to all my needs. They even checked on me when I was in an emotional state from going thru a separation from a toxic relationship. They made me safe
