The breakfast was done very well, staff very good,staff could not do enough to make experience great

The general manager not only tried to accuse me of not paying he didn’t care that I was a diamond member he was totally rude and then charged my card after I had left an fee of 400.00 which caused me to cancel my cardI have stayed at this place a number of times and NEVER not paid because of this idiot I will never be staying at any Best Western again , the guy was rude could barely speak English and looked done on me as a Army Veteran , you can say what you want this is what I experienced and I will make sure not only my friends but acquaintes I meet to never spend money to stay at this location

The staff...You cannot falt them...they were the friendliest, accommodating, people I've come across in a long while! BIG UP to them:)

Well, it'd be the everyday scrambled eggs with, for me, not a sausage. Water would be a good thing offered through the day..if tea and coffee are given throughout the day, surely water would too.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was large and very nice.

There was a toddler on the first night who was crying incessantly, and then running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night. However, staff was well aware of the issue, and it was not a problem after the first night.

They were extremely accommodating to my unique situation. They provided additional items quickly in order to make my stay more comfortable. All the staff was great, helpful and friendly.

There was a drip in the shower. The breakfast was not the best but does the job. Maybe stay away from the eggs unless you like them very soft.

the location works good as it has in the past

the door to the room needs replacing as it doesn’t open unless you put your shoulder to the door. It doesn’t close unless you lift up on the handle. The security dead bolt won’t lock due to door not in proper alignment. You can see the door has been worked on before to no avail. Fix it right or replace it! It’s not rocket science on what to do if you want it done right for customer security and peace of mind.

Clean quiet

We asked to check out late on our first night I was told it was ok because we had my grand daughter wedding to go to and the man at the desk said no. We would talk about it at breakfast. We left did not have breakfast we were 3 hours early for the wedding!

I love breakfast, especially eggs and english muffins. The toaster seemed to be poor. The location was good.

Room cards. They kept changing and changing and changing. It was like forever.

The hotel was close to the medical facility where my husband had an appt. We had a ground floor room. It was very clean.

The loud kid banging on a door outside our room. Not your fault. I also heard a ticking noise for quite a while in the night. If you ever remodel, you may want to rethink the size of the sink vanity. Not very handy.

The location was great, beds were comfortable and the staff was great - especially Angela at the front desk and Robin who handled the breakfast. The breakfast was adequate but considering pandemic issues, it's understandable.

The facility needs an update - the carpets, walls, fixtures, etc. need an overhaul. Lighting in the room and bathroom was extremely poor, the TVs were very old (and there was a DVD player!). We had to ask for an additional face towel and a do not disturb sign. But considering the price, it worked well for our needs.

Breakfast b/c of ROBIN!! Location - about 10 minutes from our daughter's apartment Friendliness bc of ANGELA -- very friendly person Having charging stations -- REQUIRED "amenity" for our selection of hotel!!!!!!

More TESLA charging stations - just ONE more pair of chargers.....or even one more pair of J-1772 chargers!!
