The location was really good, very near to shopping complexes in case you missed something back home, gas stations and restaurants. The swimming pool was good for its mid-size. We noticed under sink leakage in our room - the staff was quick to note of any maintenance need.

The bathroom door was without a handle: It was a sliding door that recedes between the walls when fully open so there was no protruding handle. The door being heavy, it was difficult to move it to extreme and fully latch it.

The breakfast was very nice - the fact that they had non-dairy milk options was a pleasant surprise! The bed was so comfy, and the pillows were perfect!

I felt a little worried that I didn't know the expectations of the hotel as far as how I needed to leave the kitchen area when we checked out... Should I wash dishes? Should I put them in the dishwasher? Should I leave food in the fridge? Would we be charged if I did? If they had something to tell us how we were expected to "leave it", that would be great!

I loved that my name was on the tv when we walked in . The layout of the room was amazing. I’ve never had a hotel room with a pull out couch that had a draw curtain to separate the bed and the couch for privacy and that was amazing.

The bathroom door was so heavy, I went to take a shower after I ordered from door dash . I got stuck in the bathroom twice because the bathroom door was so heavy and the handle was so small it was hard to pull back on

The gentleman who checked me in (I think his name was Chris?) was so welcoming and personable. He really made a great first impression. I was only there for one night, but the extended-stay amenities were definitely a step above other similar hotels I have seen. Everything you could possibly need for an extended stay!

The mattress was extremely thin and seemed cheap. It wasn't particularly uncomfortable, but the lack of quality was noticeable. The pool closed relatively early (at 10 rather than 11pm). I was charged the incorrect amount, but this was corrected within a few days and without fanfare.

It’s awesome. They have thought of everything; it’s basically your own little apartment with substantial kitchen and lots of workspaces. All details show evidence of a sensitivity to user needs. We’re now going to be always looking for a “Home2Suites” whenever we’re traveling again. It’s not that expensive even though it feels like it would be.

We had no complaints!

We did not partake in the hot breakfast as the area was small and a bit too crowded for my liking. However I did appreciate being able to have a yogurt and hot tea. The size of our room was adequate for 4 people. The bathroom seemed a little small, no tub which was fine as the shower was big enough. I love pocket doors however this one was quite challenging to open and close. As this was the bathroom door it was a little annoying. The almost full size refrigerator and large microwave was a bonus that we appreciated. Overall our suite was clean and the king size bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The location is central to major highways, multiple food options, Walmart and Wegmans a short drive away and a gas station across the street. It would be helpful to have an in room brochure providing useful resource information such as shopping/food options in the area. We would stay at a Home 2 Suite facility again.

Check in was a delayed however the front desk staff was apologetic and provided snacks to make up for the inconvenience.

The rooms are very nice. The space and layout was nice.

There needs to be more overhead lighting. The thousand lamps wasn’t it. What’s up with quiet hours? My family and I were visiting for a wedding but the Thursday before we received a noise complaint. It felt a bit targeted because we heard other noisy rooms on the sand floor and the rest of the weekend. The breakfast was wack. The frequency in which the hot food was put out was poor.

Front desk staff were very nice and allowed us to check in early. Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. A full fridge , sink, and dishes are included in room also which is a plus.

The elevator was dirty and needed to be cleaned. There was garbage on the floor of elevator for 2 days.

The queen suite was quite spacious and seemed a good value, particularly as might be compared to downtown. The location was convenient. There was flexibility in service, so that one could conserve, if they preferred.

The noise from traffic was quite bad. A city dweller might tune it out, but it seemed abrupt. Because it was next to a traffic light on a ten lane road, the noise continued into the weekend.

The staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived very late after a long drive and they made a point to get us right to our room. We also were traveling with my wife’s service dog and they were very accommodating. Having a first floor room near an exit made it easy to take the dog out and having dedicated dog bathroom areas was awesome.

Everything was amazing, except the bathroom had duct tape holding the light in the shower up.
