The room and sheets were clean, and everything was in working order. Loved the makeup wipes! Had enough towels for me, my husband, and my baby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed using the pancake maker for breakfast. Liked the yogurt station too, was able to feed my 8 month old baby some breakfast. Tried the piano near the elevator, was happy it was working, played for a little bit. Lots of parking space. Location of the hotel was good, near restaurants and walmart and mall; super convenient. Wasn't able to use the pool due to time constraints with our schedule, maybe next time.

Wish they had a laundry bag in the rooms, but not much of a deal breaker.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast was also very good.

We had the misfortune of having a room next to two quite intoxicated and loud guys. There was little sound insulation, in part because there was a between our two rooms for families. The result was that we were unable to sleep for a couple of hours until the hotel staff was able to get them to turn their tv off and stop banging around their room. To the staff's credit, they responded to our complaint (and those of others in the same area) promptly and effectively. So this problem was not the hotel's fault, but it spoiled an otherwise nice stay.

Very clean. The staff was continually cleaning; washing floors, vaccuming, wiping off glass doors, etc. It always smelled very clean. The towels and bedding were pristine white! The staff was very nice and always greeted us with a "good morning" or "hello". Breakfast was good and dining area was large and clean.

The furnishings, draperies, plumbing fixtures are old and a little run down. A roly-poly bug crawled out of a crack in the bathroom tile which was surprising because of the cleanliness of the place.

Room (under desk especially) was dusty. Faucet in ladies lobby restroom would not turn completely off. Wasting a lot of water. Lighting in room was HORRIBLE. Could not see anything. Beside outlet to charge phone would have been nice. Turned on AC so room would be cool when returned from being in park all afternoon. Disappointed it had turned off while we were out. Front desk personnel was fabulous.

Great location just off the Interstate. Breakfast offered good and ample choices, and there were plenty of options with nearby restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed quite comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Staff was cordial. Wi-Fi worked really well. Very reasonable rates.

The facilities are showing their age--probably about mid-1980s, judging from the style of the furnishings and the amount of wear and tear. Staff might have done a better job wiping off crumbs and coffee rings on tables in the breakfast area. Over all, however, apart from the signs of age in the facility, we were not troubled by cleanliness issues.

we have stayed at this property at least 2 times a year for the past 7 years. Staff is always awesome and accommodating. the shopping is within walking distance and lots of places to eat. the hotel is currently undergoing new renovations and under new management. the price is better than any hotel around. I highly recommend this hotel. Continental breakfast is very good.

although renovations are currently happening I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like the property. I was not inconvenienced in any way.

Location. Continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Small exercise room, laundry room!

Room was not entirely clean. Dust on headboards and lamp shades. Curtains coming off tracks and sheers were dirty, a couple stains looked like someone opened them with a cut on their finger. Couldn’t figure out how to get back into the building from pool, doors lock once you go outside. So , was unable to use the pool.

The property was clean and properly sanitized, so much so you could smell the cleaning chemicals. The room was 80% renovated with new furniture, linens, toiletries and appliances. The bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient and the rate per night very reasonable for the area. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

This is not an upscale hotel so I got what I paid for and have no complaints.

The staff was over the top accommodating and helpful every step of the way, from booking an additional night, getting adjoining rooms with friends, extra towels from housekeeping, to a late checkout. Huge maintained lawn out back for the kids to play catch, swim, and be outdoors. The breakfast was plentiful and ALL the Staff was pleasant and wonderful.

The fact that the bat wasn't open on a Saturday night because there was no Bartender as she called in sick. 🥺 That was one one of the reasons we chose to book there because we knew we would have down time during our stay to swim, BBQ, and play pool in the bar.

the location was great next door to shopping and restaurants. Staff very professional. It was very clean, new towels, very clean bathroom. variety of pillows, soft, medium and hard. The breakfast was supposed to be continental, but we had eggs and bacon and waffles. the checkout was easy. would recommend it.

the only thing I noticed were the stains on the hallway carpet and the very noisy elevators.
