The lady who checked me in was wonderful and very thoughtful. She managed the motel very well. It was very quiet, and the location was good, not far from the water. The motel lobby and room were both very nicely decorated for the season. I felt very comfortable there.

I cannot think of anything that I didn’t like about the property. It was a little expensive, but that is to be expected because the motel is located in the Hamptons.

Earline was incredible...desk clerk, concierge, housekeeper, property manager. 80 yrs old and been there for 20 years . I had worked in the industry and never saw anyone work as hard as Earline. Exactly like images, best deal in town. Great location

.Parking lot could be a little larger....

We had an apartment which easily accommodated four people and had fully kitted kitchen etc. The lady that greeted us was hilarious (unintentionally) and the place had a good atmosphere. We saw deer and fireflies outside our room!

The only small thing was there wasn’t much room to put your stuff in the bathroom but not a big deal

the cheapest motel if you need to stay in Hamptons during the summer (yes, Hamptons are Hamptons).

the motel itself works, but make sure you go there with a car (the taxi charges you 30$ for 2km ride and there are no sidewalks to walk those 2km). Oh, and the beaches are for residents (not hotel residents) only.

super peaceful, large free parking spaces, super clean, lots of channels, great internet, excellent staff- Frannie, at the front desk is such a wonderful, sweet lady who obviously goes above and beyond to ensure that guests feel welcomed.

I loved everything about the place

This was our second time here but first time staying in the Queen Suite. We had our 3 year old with us and needed space for him. The room was perfect - our bedroom had a door on it and there was a kitchen open to a living area where there was a bed for him and a tv. The suite has a separate driveway and secluded entrance from the rest of the property so you really feel like you have your own condo which was awesome. Lots of extra towels and tissues provided. The location is great — really close to town and the beach. Quiet location, too.

The only con was that there was a few pieces of someone else’s hair on the shower wall when we got there. That was kind of icky.

It was clean, the tv & A/C worked well and the shower was very good.

It's fairly no frills and the Summer had just ended so I hoped the price would've dropped a bit more.

Beds were bigger than expected for a double. Room was neat and tidy, nice big mirror and it didn’t feel cramped. quiet place. Deer and rabbits come at night to graze. Everything as expected. very close to restaurants and cafes

Beds were a bit too hard, but totally doable for a couple of nights. Had to message the owner for WiFi password and got a very nice reply with a list of local restaurants and attractions. super helpful!

Great location, close to everything in the Hamptons. Quiet location, place is well maintained. Manager was very nice and accommodating.

No real complaints

it was clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff were communicative and friendly.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this property.
