The breakfast was good. The room was adequate for only a few nights. Good size. I liked the desk and the fact that you could turn the TV to watch whether you were in bed, or sitting at the desk or on the sofa. It was very close to my niece's house and also many parks in the area. The people at the desk were very helpful.

We were looking forward to using the indoor pool, especially since the weather wasn't great. But when we got there we found out the pool had been out of operation for the past 6 months. The gentleman at the front desk gave us a discount on the room since I explained that we paid more for a room with a swimming pool. The final price was comparable with other hotels in the area with no pool. The mini fridge is very small, but just for a few days it was fine.

The room was comfortable and clean. Clean towels, clean bed sheets and comfy beds. Good range of TV programs. The staff was nice, I was happy breakfast was provided. The location was good, easy to find. Also the reservation was done online one day in advance, it was an easy process and I got an e-mails with my booking confirmation.

1) I did not like that breakfast was only till 9am, it is king of early especially when you are on vacation and traveling with kids and everybody wants to sleep a little longer (breakfast till 10am would be prefect). 2) During breakfast no hot (boiling) water available, only warm water in the pot. No lemon for tea available and no flavor creamer for coffee (for example hazelnut). 3) I wish it was hot water for tea and hot coffee available 24/7. At 8pm I wanted to make some tea and the water provided in the lobby was cold. The receptionist brought some hot water from the back office for me. No hot coffee available either at that time.

Staff (Tom, Yamilka, Saliya) were very friendly, professional. They did whatever they could to make our stay pleasant. The room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice, peaceful location, close to shopping & highway. We also liked the price! Will return in the near future.

Bathroom: There was no place to hang towels & wash cloths. There was only a double hook in room where shower was but was unusable, the towels would slip off. The bathroom mirror made the bathroom extremely dim. Actually, the whole room was way too dim. Furnishing: The sofa has seen better days, also had stains on it. Only 1 night table. The desk size was nice for 2 people to work, but only 1 chair so 1 of us had to view Zoom from the sofa,

When I got there I requested a room 1 hour earlier.... I am a amputee and when I got there my room wasn't ready.... they put me in a room that wasn't wheelchair accessible.... it had a shower and I can't stand in one.... Also the room was so small I couldn't move my wheelchair to get in the closet... finally when a room was ready I was transferred to a better room. The lady who put me in that room forgot that I was to be switched.... so I spoke with a great rep... who changed my room hours later... but he took care of the switch.... His name was John ....

We enjoyed staying here during the Christmas holiday. A bad storm came through but the hotel never lost power. The staff was very friendly and gets an A+ for customer service. Breakfast was always Pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the room is very large sized and Tastefully decorated. I like the location because it was near Sunrise Highway but not in a congested area with many other hotels and restaurants. It was nice and quiet.

The pool was closed and some of the bathroom fixtures such as towel holders and toilet paper holders were quite loose.

Like the size of the room. Ample space for us with a sofa and king size bed.

The TV was a challenge, specifically the remote. There was a 4 second delay when you press a button. It may have been resolved when I got new batteries from the front desk. But that happened the day before we left. Also, there was some kind of event and a lot kids and families came in on Friday night. They were loud and running up and down the hallway. But that isn't the fault of the hotel.

The location was good off of the Sunrise Highway but also away from the noise of typical crowded interstate exits. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. The pool was closed, but the stay there was still pleasant. The room was comfortable and large. The beds and television were good and the heating and air conditioning worked well.

Wish the pool would have been open. Some of the bathroom fixtures like towel racks and toilet paper holders were very loose and needed to be fixed. In addition the door jamb around the entryway to the room needs to be repaired.

Building and grounds very clean, staff efficient, friendly and polite. Room nice, bed comfortable, bathroom updated and toilet and shower in separate rooms, breakfast good including waffle-maker, very good scrambled eggs and small quiches, other goodies, coffee always available. Location was good and quiet. Common areas and restroom spotless.

The room size was great for my family of 3 (me, spouse, 4 year old child). The location was convenient for visiting our family and for going to and from the Islip airport. The staff was friendly and there were some good options for snacks and beverages in the lobby store. My family was able to spread out, store our belongings, play games, and enjoy entertainment on the TV while we were in our room. I LOVED that I could get some of my TV streaming services in the room, and so did my child.

I wish the websites had stated there are no hot breakfast items due to COVID. The Booking site and hotel site both promoted the complimentary hot breakfast (part of the reason I picked this place), but I now know that local ordinances do not allow for buffet type serving at this time. I wish there was a 2 queen room option, not just a 1 king or 1 queen. I wish we'd had a bathtub for my child.

The breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. The variety of offerings was impressive, especially for the price we paid for the room. The scrambled eggs were fluffy yet moist. The pork sausage patty was delicious with no gristle.

The shower leaked a bit onto the floor just outside it.
