We stayed at Home2 during the first winter storm that happened around Christmas and I can only say THANK YOU to all the staff who remained calm, kind and strong given the “apocalypse” circumstances. After one of the most severe storms in history, there was no way to leave the facility. The staff kept us going with food and hot chocolate being served all day. When the power went off during the blizzard, they happily helped us to access the room and offered to carry our luggage. it was definitely a challenging time that turned into a great experience because of their excellent service. 10/10

Very friendly staff. Renee at front desk was exceptional!! Encountered her many days. The staff working the breakfast bar were awesome, always wiping and refilling, very friendly.

Outside sitting areas could be cleaner, along with hallways and elevators need a wipe down.

This hotel had the best free breakfast I've had in a long time. They had actual bagels that weren't stale or basic grocery bagels. They had a pancake machine that kept making little fresh pancakes.

It was a little pricey for one night, but everything was very clean and comfortable.

All in all I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here,

I wish someone had come in to just freshen up the bathroom and freshen up the room a little. I understand that we are in a different time but it was suggested that I go to the laundry room to ask for additional towels and toilet paper, after being there for 3 days. She was not rude, I just did not feel comfortable doing that and was not going back to my room. I did express this to the her and she said she would have some brought up. which she did, It was just a little strange to me to be told to go to the laundry room.

Loved it being fully stocked with dishes etc. Simple things like a water bottle station made this stay awesome! Made me customer for life! Front desk stayed in touch via text. 👌 Loved the black out curtains!

One bed comforter had a dirty spot. We asked house keeping for a replacement and the did great. Gave us an extra blanket/sheeting for baby crib also. Hate that the other hotels I stay at. I miss this one

Plenty of room, good location, had dishwasher, microwave, sink and desk. Stayed in the queen suite for a night and it was great! Lots of food options nearby and airport was close. Their shuttle also has a 3 mile dropoff/pickup distance, so very useful!

Staff was friendly and thoughtful. Location was perfect - walkable to restaurants, a park, and movie theater; 15 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Accommodations are clean and accessible.

Great breakfast, good location. Loved the pool table and fussball table in the lobby. The beds were very comfortable.

There was some freeway noise as our room faced the freeway. Also, you could hear the person on the floor above in the middle of the night.

The free breakfast was nice, one less thing to worry about in the morning. Although, it was the same everyday and the hotel was busy so they ran out of eggs after the first day. Hotel location is quiet not too far from main attractions. Overall I say it was good.

We were told about the pool hours when we checked in, but when we asked to access the pool half way through our stay which was only 3 nights we were told we had to make a reservation and they were all booked up. I wish they would have told us that upon check in. Our children were disappointed, they were looking forward to swimming. Since covid shut downs started they haven't been able to. So, that was the worst part of our stay.
