Great location near the Biltmore. Good breakfast as well. The cable channel lineup was really extensive, including our favorite TCM, which we have not found at hotels costing twice what this one does per night. Very pleased with this property.
Because of the high traffic volume on that road, it can be tricky to get in and out of the property. Also, we made sure to park in the front because the back parking area seems rather isolated and a bit dark. We didn’t feel good about parking back there since it was mostly empty. When the hotel is full and other cars are there it might not feel quite so isolated.

The beds were comfy. There was a hot tub. AC was good We didn't have loud neighbors.
Way over priced for what it was. Rooms were small, breakfast was meh, traffic was bad, charge you twice be prepared to pay at least $200 until one charge falls off. The staff was ok they seemed like they didn't want to talk to you. I've stayed in better places for way less money. The only reason I picked this one was for the hottub but will probably stay elsewhere next time. The elevator is slow and small. There is no change machine. You need cash for the laundry and snack machines so take quarters with you. There were stains on sheets. Room was very dark.

Check-in went smoothly. Room was fine with extra movie channels. Refrigerator in room, also Wifi and sufficient plugs for charging. Pool and fitness center in building. Carts available for moving luggage to and from room. Breakfast area had wide variety of offerings including (a first for me) push a button and a machine makes two pancakes with no further effort. Location close to Biltmore Estate and a few miles from downtown Asheville.
Room was a little cramped for two people. Bar soap used instead of liquid soap in bathroom. Only shampoo offered as toiletries. During breakfast "rush hour" room can be real busy and patrons may need to take food to room.

First of all, what attracted me to the location was the price of $91 per night. The location was great and easy to get to where I needed to go. Staff were friendly and tried to help with reservation discrepancies.
I booked my reservation for 2 days via Booking.com @ $91 per night (so I thought) When I arrived I learned that my reservation was only for 1 night and to get the next night the price hiked to $180+ because weekend rates now applied. I received no forewarning that I was only reserved for 1-night. I looked for contact info for booking.com but only located overseas information. Needless to say, I ended up paying the high rate for Friday. This reservation should have been kicked back to let me know that both nights had not been reserved.

We were very happy with our stay at the Baymont. The hotel smelled clean the minute you walk in. The desk receptionist was very pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and clean. They had a coffee station where you could get coffee other than at breakfast down at the reception area. They had an excellent choice of items for breakfast. The person who took care of keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked was the sweetest person. The hotel was only a short distance from the Biltmore which is what we were in Ashville to see.
The only thing I would have to comment about is that it is that it is a little tricky pulling in and out of the hotel. It's almost impossible to make a left out of the hotel due to 2 lanes of traffic always flowing.

Very conveniently located near a highway, but quiet. Our room was comfortable, with a King bed. I had made the reservation in more than 3 months before travel date and had requested a quiet room on a high floor. But when we checked in at 3:30 PM, we were told that the only available room was on the first floor. I couldn't understand the point of making a reservation so early when we would be assigned the only available room! Anyway, thankfully, the manager heard my confusion and disappointment and remedied the situation. We got a room on a high floor with a nice view, just as I had requested, and we appreciated that very much. Breakfast was decent, with some hot items as well as the cereal, pastries, yogurt etc.

Everything, everyone was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so good. The lady who worked the breakfast room was like a busy little bee. She was so polite and stayed on top of it. Each and every member of the staff from the front desk ( check in and check out) cleaning staff were so polite and helpful. My grandchildren loved the indoor pool. I haven't left a review like this in a long time. I will definitely look them up for future stays.

Perfect location and staff was super friendly. The hotel was very clean and room was spacious. We loved all the options we had for breakfast, as well. It was so nice to be able to walk to “Village Shoppes” and so convenient to have the little gas station beside the hotel to refuel and get snacks ! I can not say enough about the value staying at this hotel. The price over a holiday weekend was AMAZING!! Price, location, amenities….. definitely staying here again and already booked for my nieces to stay as a Christmas gift 🎁
Property was fabulous

Convenient location. The place felt clean. And we’re back! A full continental breakfast! And special shout out to the lady running the breakfast room. She was doing her best and it should be highlighted. Indoor hot tub and pool was a plus.
Hotel is in desperate need of an update. Was like walking into a time capsule. Close your eyes, now think of a hotel from the late 90s/early 2000s. Congrats! Welcome to the Baymont!

We loved how close it was to downtown and the Biltmore estate. breakfast was surprisingly really good it was basic breakfast foods but it was kept stocked with friendly employees and lots to choose from best breakfast that we’ve gotten with the hotel so far.
The parking was tight and the lot was smaller than expected. I couldn’t seem to find any stairs which meant we had to wait on the elevator which was extremely slow but that is just one thing that I could think of it wasn’t that big of a deal honestly
