Clarion Inn Biltmore Village

This was an older hotel that has been remodeled and updated. The room was fine and clean. Plenty of towels. You can park right outside your room if your on second floor in the back. Hotel is on a hill. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel in on a hill and shares a driveway with Texas roadhouse restaurant. It is difficulty to get into the parking lot at a slow time. Almost impossible in the evenings. You have to wait until you can work your way through the restaurant traffic to get to your parking space at the hotel. This was the only problem we had. We were there the week between Christmas and New Year. Other times may not be so bad.

The room was very clean and freshly updated. Proximity to Biltmore Estate and Village is excellent. Room price was better than most especially for the update room.

Accessing the parking lot was confusing and tight when found. One person took two spots when no other spots were left. Upon reporting, nothing was done. I witnessed two other visitors staying at the hotel having to park down the hill at Texas Roadhouse. Due to bright white comforters, stains are very apparent. There were a couple of obvious blood stains. I understand that comforters will not be cleaned every stay, but should be inspected more closely.

I booked 3 rooms at the Clarion Inn for an overnight stay on our way home from vacation. I then called to make sure we got rooms with no stairs due to disabilities in our group. The gentleman that answered the phone was warm & kind assuring me that he had the rooms available & waiting on our arrival. When I went in to check us in, he had everything ready to go for us. This property was very accommodating & that's very important to me as the spouse of a person with mobility limitations. The rooms were spacious, very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The location was excellent as well. One member of our party enjoyed the breakfast that was offered the next morning. The lady at the desk when I checked out was friendly & made me feel like customer service is the number one priority at this property. If we ever need somewhere to stay in the Asheville area again, we will be booking at the Clarion Inn!

We found nothing to complain about!

Room and bathroom were very clean, all the lights and bathroom fixtures worked, the beds were reasonably comfortable, and we weren't bothered by excessive noise. The room price was reasonable for what we got, and the breakfast was decent.

I noticed that fresh bath towels and washcloths were not being brought to the room during our stay. The beds were not made while we were out on Sunday. Also, we had to ask directly at the front desk for more cups and toilet paper. On the plus side, cups and toilet paper were delivered promptly once the request was made.

This hotel is just 2 minutes from the Biltmore Entrance so location was great!! Breakfast was good every morning with a variety of items to eat. Everything was fresh and tasty! Our room was very spacious and clean!

The entrance into the hotel was very steep and you have to drive thru Texas Roadhouse parking lot but this is not a reason not to book a stay here. This hotel is a great location and easy to get around.

The room was very nice and well equipped. The mattress and pillows were amazing. The large TV was very nice. The bathroom was a bit small but otherwise the room was very nice.

The only thing that could use improvement was the size of the bathroom. The toilet and shower were in one tiny room with the sink and counter area outside. I prefer the bathroom to be contained in a separate room. Also there could be drawer space for clothing.

I was very surprised on the overall stay. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and newer rooms. Breakfast was fine for included. A few hot choices and several cold options as well as fruit.

The only negative I have for this hotel is the toilet paper is the roughest I have ever used in my life. We were there 5 nights and went to the store and bought some for us to use. What is offered is white but feels like brown hand towels rolls

The price was absurd! This is not a $300+ hotel. No one night in a hotel should cost as much as many people in the world live on for months! It’s nearly criminal. I know it’s the trend but the same room cost 1/4 of the price the next day. It’s price gouging and should be illegal. How really cares about the leaves? Seriously? Wake up and look at the world! It’s on fire. 300+ dollars could feed about 100 starving people!

My room was spotless and smelled very good. Everything in it looked new - the flooring, the furniture, bedding. The location so close to Biltmore Estate was excellent. All staff from the front desk to housekeeping was very friendly.

It was difficult to find the entrance which is between a Shell station and a Texas Roadhouse. The sign for the hotel was at the top of the hill where the hotel is located. A sign is needed at street level.

Staff was very kind, courteous,, and went out their way to meet special requests. The room was very clean and quiet.

I have stayed in over a dozen hotels in the past month, and I can honestly say that my experience at Clarion Biltmore was the best. That is why I took the time to write this review. I don't usually write reviews unless a property is exceptionally great or exceptionally poor.
