The location was great! You can walk to the slopes right from our unit. It made it easy to come home for lunch instead of eating on the mountain. We also loved Brick Oven Pizza which is also walking distance. Perfect place to eat and lots on entertainment for kids! Unit was really clean and provided everything we needed. We had lunch outside one day on the back patio with really pretty views!

The bed in the guest room was very uncomfortable. Both of us tried it and neither of us could sleep in it due to how uncomfortable it was. The unit was fairly clean, the only thing I would mention is that all the faucets could use a deep clean because they all had black buildup in the spout that we had to clean out.

The views were amazing, the town of Banner Elk was like something out of Hallmark. Allison was amazing with her guest service skills. The condo in correlation to the slopes were spot on, and the space heaters located around the condo made the stay on the coldest weekend a treat. Thank you for my 3 kids first experience seeing snow unforgettable!

Letting us know ahead of time to bring shampoo, soap and hand soap. But Freds was close buy to purchase!

Great location, comfortable size for family of 4. The property was prettier in-person than in the photos advertised, especially the master bath.

I wish a lighter/matches were provided to use with the gas fireplace - would’ve made it super convenient.

Great mountain top location and views. Perfect for our long weekend away. Right across the street from the town sledding hill for the little ones and a very good pizza place.

The town of Beech Mountain requires a “trash pass.” When we checked out, we took our trash to the recycling center per the instructions, but were told when we got there we needed to purchase a $5 trash pass for the facility to take our bags. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to know before we got to the dump.

Having to go to a separate building to check in and the having to drive out to find the actual apartment to stay at Also would not have been as much of an issue if this part was more obvious in the apartment description

We loved the location. the apartment was so nice with the perfect view of the sunrise and sunset over Each side of Grandfather mountain. Slope access was so close, we definitely went skiing way more than usual. it was completely clean inside the apartment and kid friendly. I think we found our new Ski lodge!!

The property was amazing. It was only a few miles from the Beech Mountain Ski Resort. We got snow both days we were there. The apartment felt very comfortable and like home.

Everything was clean. It was nicely decorated and furniture was comfortable. The view was beautiful, especially the sunrise visible from the master bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The check in instructions could have been clearer. I wasn’t sure where to go, however I did end up in the right place. The heater in the living room didn’t seem to turn off at the temperature setting. It would get really hot even though the setting was on 70. Turning it off and on as needed worked fine though.
