Breakfast was great. The room was newly renovated and lovely. Comfy bed and pillows/blanket. Nice desk area.

The shower door was difficult to keep closed. The fridge seemed to run very cold - so much so that one of our Cokes exploded. Whoops. We just turned the temp down. And a silly little thing - but the mini conditioner was near impossible to get product out of. Consider a different packaging. But that was it!

The breakfast was the best 'free breakfast' at a hotel I have ever had. The breakfast staff were friendly and constantly replenishing fresh fruit (strawberries and blueberries) and other choices. The selection was great -- there was plenty to choose from, even up until the 10am breakfast closing time. The front desk staff was very personable and friendly. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, had just been updated and were very nice. Only 5 minutes to downtown Boone, but still very close to other restaurants.

The staff was friendly and professional. Paula and Emma went the extra mile from check-in to check out. The beds were very comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the breakfast was amazing: offering delicious selections meeting a wide variety of breakfast preferences. The breakfast team was just as wonderful as the food. The Graystone provided a restful night and a great start to the day in a perfect Boone area location.

I absolutely loved how classy and clean the rooms were. The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bedding was soft as a cloud! The front desk agent checking me in was phenomenal too! I didn’t catch their name but they wore green dinosaur earrings and was super friendly and hospitable. I felt right at home. Breakfast was delicious too! I will 100% return to this property next time I’m in the area!

The wholestaff was very nice and seemed to really like their jobs. The manager Ben went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The pool area was super clean and the water was slightly heated, perfect. I know the hotel that used to be here and I would not have stayed, I am blown away at the change. I have traveled for business for 30 years and I honestly enjoyed every part of my stay.

Everything about our stay was amazing, the staff is so friendly, the lodge was recently renovated so everything was in tip top shape. They keep this place super clean and the amenities are wonderful! Ohhhhh and the breakfast was the best I've ever had in my travels. Thank you for the impeccable accommodations, we will be back for sure!

best breakfast we've had at a hotel. the yogurt parfait with fresh fruit was an unexpected treat.

the alarm clock in our room woke us at 6am. must have been set by a previous guest. I've never had that happen in the countless hotel rooms I've stayed in. you should have alarm clocks that are one time set, not remain. OR have your maids check that.

Very nice, updated, clean room. Beautiful mountain art installation over the bed. Large selection at the Continental breakfast. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room with k cups and cream and sugar.

Water pressure could have been stronger for my preference.

This facility was very clean and well maintained. Front desk staff were excellent. Kelsey and Victoria were friendly, professional and did their job well.

The bed was not comfortable. It was too soft and squishy and it was not flat. I felt like I kept rolling to the ditch in the middle.
