I LOVE the friendliness of the staff. Ms. Carol and Anthony were very helpful during my stay. Even though Anthony stated that he was new, I would have never guessed that. The staff made me feel VERY welcomed. Oh god, the room. Best room I have EVER stayed in as far as a hotel. I love the set up of my room. It felt like home away from home. The room was exceptionally clean and had Everything I NEEDED and didn't need. Breakfast was readily available downstairs and was delicious. I WILL definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you Country Inn suites. They truly gave that southern hospitality feel.

There wasn't anything to dislike.

I liked almost everything about this property. What I especially liked is that it is on a dead end service road so there is no through traffic. The room was very well appointed. And the breakfast was actually very substantial! another thing I really liked was the easy proximity to probably a dozen or so good places to eat a Walmart nearby etc. yet the dead end service Road gave the hotel total privacy.

The only thing I would suggest is that you might consider asking for a room not facing the highway. My room faced the highway and had a giant search spotlight eliminating the hotel under my window. The sound of the traffic was really not that bad and they had plenty of shade on the window to cover the light but I thought I would mention it.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not much to complain about. The breakfast was good with the exception of the egg offerings which were clearly premade and perhaps frozen. Otherwise the experience was excellent.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. I was able to check-in an hour before my check-in time which was truly a convenience. Additionally, the price of the room was affordable for the space and considering I booked at the last possible minute (12, midnight. Hours before heading into town) I was surprised I was even able to book a room. I loved the location of the hotel as it was near all of the interstate, fooderies, campus and across from the Walmart but away from all of the hustle and bustle. Additionally, I equally enjoyed the location of my room. I did not have neighbors to both sides of me so I did not feel as if I would be disturbed or an disturbance to others. The entire building was quite, which is was a welcomed bonus, especially with it being a homecoming weekend.

If I had to mention one thing about my stay, it would be that there was a few strands of hair that were in the shower. It was not that big of an deal as I tend to clean the bathroom at any hotel before I use them.

The gentleman that checked me was AWESOME! The check in process GREAT! The room was VERY Clean! Great Location

Everything was Great!

The property was clean with plenty of parking. Also good location that was close to many things. I love the rooms are suites. Works nicely when traveling with our son.

The washing machine was still broke. We stayed here last year and couldn’t use washer. Maybe they should consider investing in a new one.

The location was perfect for a visit to see my daughter at Elon , great value as well.

There was not much staff presence overall , but I do believe that was due to being understaffed and not at all the staff’s fault.

The everything but what sealed the hotel is what they did, I left my necklace there I called and the house keeping found it and returned it to the manager and they helped me get it back . I am amazed honest staff from housekeeping to managerial I will stay there everytime we go and come back from South Carolina.

Country Inn and Suites was a nice place to stay. I really like the comfy, at-home feel.

This was a great price for the room. Super clean, quiet. Day staff was very friendly, responsive.

Night staff person was surly, unfriendly. Not a big deal but the drink machines are outdated in that you can’t swipe a credit card to get bottled water or drinks but when I asked front desk evening staff if they had any change she was extremely rude to me for no observable reason.
